Updated: 1.30: I believe in shop owners being given the opportunity to respond and normally wouldn't volley with them, but want to ensure clarity in the owner's use of the term bullying. As an equity champion, I will be the first to speak out against any type of bullying. The use of this term is inaccurate and deflects from the poor professionalism of the business which I only stated in the last interaction. Every other interaction was pleasant, with staff offering comments on my positivity and "nice speaking voice". If I had time, I could easily pull phone records that show monthly conversations with staff that probably would have been shorter had I been the bully you claim. That also would be the time to have the fruitful convos, not after a review exposing you is posted. Two other points of massive error: (1) I never had a stylist, so to refer to one in the response means you were too busy trying to refute a one star review than checking your facts and (2) your blatant misspelling of my name then odd shortening at the end should tell any potential client about your clear inattention to detail. If your version of respect can only be shown through five star reviews, I would encourage you to provide five star communication and service. Hope this is helpful!
