Great place to go if you like to 1. Walk a completely daft woman named Teresa through how to do her own job. 2. Be grossly overcharged for them doing next to zero work and then gaslighting you making you think you weren't aware of the problem you hired them for. 3. Receive calls from Steve, a belligerent man that should have maybe opened a retail store in Caesar's selling cheesy postcards to tourists instead of a golf cart repair shop. Avoid this lying con artist company. TFS did "maintenance" on our golf cart and returned it with a completely smashed sunroof with glass all over the seats. Could've seriously injured myself. What a complete nightmare. They brushed it off and said it happened during transit, as if that was somehow our fault. Then they take it back to repair the sunroof, put the glass back in incorrectly with the previous seal not removed so it's now sticking out the edges. I'd also like to note that the original reason we had the cart brought in was due to a squeaking noise which not only wasn't addressed, but is now much worse. On the final invoice they sent us it says there is "no squeaking". Clearly, there is. Theresa tried to accuse us of signing the drop-off invoice so that it's our fault when how we we supposed to test drive the cart in front of their delivery guy when it was delivered into our driveway and the guy came to the front door dropped off a piece of paper and left? So now they have 1. Smashed our cart's sunroof and fixed it incorrectly. 2. Made the original problem of the squeaking sound worse. TFS says they don't deal with parts for our specific cart after we offered to pay for them or order ourselves and that they would call to tell us what part was needed. Shocker: no phone call, zero communication. I was just told pretty rudely on the phone that apparently the maintenance we paid for only includes tire pressure and them wiping down the seats- that they returned back filthy. Reprehensible customer service and a waste of 3 weeks of being without our golf cart just to find out we paid $200 for them to "check tire pressure", smash our sunroof then "fix it" shoddily, and make the original squeaking problem 100% worse. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I have 2 other friends who have had bad experiences with TFS also. They come and pick up your cart for free. Then, they do not fix everything or possibly break something so that when you call them to come and pick up your cart again,, it is another $800 or more. If they tell you the correct price the first time that they estimate, you probably would not get it fixed. They also do not return phone calls. We have been their customer for at least 8 years, but recently they have gone downhill. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know NOT to use them. read more

After buying a cart from these clowns for 13K, and then supporting their service department for years as things stopped working, they have now informed me that they won't assist in (and getting paid to do so) programming a motor controller that I purchased on line, even though the only reason I purchased it online is they didn't want to put the time in to diagnose the issue (which would have been a minimal job testing the previous controller). I would tell everyone to find another dealer/service center in Las Vegas for ANY golf cart needs. Avoid TFS at all costs!!! read more

I called and spoke to the representative who answered the phone and explained that I wanted all four tires replaced on my golf cart and that I wanted the brake pedal pad replaced as it was loose. I also said I needed it picked up and delivered back to me when it was done. I was told they would have the lady who scheduled the pickup and delivery call me with an estimate of repairs. She called and left a message on my phone as I was at work and unavailable to answer. The message was that she was calling to arrange the pickup and she would be at her desk for 15 more minutes-this was on a Friday. So I called back on Monday to make arrangements and to find out what it would cost to replace four tires and a brake pedal pad, I was told she could not give a estimate till the cart was picked up and at the shop. I asked why and was told she does not know what the cart needs and could not stick to an estimate. Obviously she does not know what an estimate is. I explained I wanted 4 tires installed and a pedal pad replaced there is nothing else that could be wrong. She was still unable to give an estimate. I would not send my cart to a place unable to give an estimate up front for a simple installation of tires. read more

In Nevada these guys are the top cart company, period. Had a client referral from one of my golf jobs in Mesquite, a 100+ cart service switch-out. TFS's guys did the job fast and I got very good feedback. Another client/friend in Mexico wanted a shipment of high quality used NV carts and TFS delivered with no problems and a killer price. They have the parts, they have the sales, service, customization shop and can do anything for a cart customer. It's important when you refer somebody they do a good job and I've got no problem recommending them again. These guys need to expand to Phoenix. read more

Unfortunately they do not stand behind their work not even a simple headlight will they warrenty, after one week of purchasing light bulb for $54 it went out. I learned after they would not return my calls i could purchase same light for $12 at AutoZone. I was also totally overcharged on their hourly service by an inflated tired repair... TFS inspected my golf cart and then replaced the batteries, installed an easy fill system, reupholstered the seat and performed an overall service. The pick up and delivery was professional and friendly. The cart came back looking brand new and will provide many more years of reliable service. The reupholstered seat looks beautiful! The work was done in just over two weeks. I highly recommend TFS and will certainly look to them for all of my future golf cart needs. read more

You can count on one finger the reviews I have taken the time to write. That being said I thought it was worth my time to put in writing my experience with TFS. We were shopping for replacement of older gas cart and tried to research as much as possible beforehand. Decided to go with electric for new cart. Went to most places selling carts in LV. No real bad experiences, but the people we talked to at TFS left us with good impressions. We had a custom build cart made for us with some things they had in stock and other parts we ordered from a supplier in California. Lots of (LOTS) variables involved and Steve and his staff listened to what we wanted and worked with us on the best way to make it happen at a cost we were comfortable with. Have had the cart for more than 9 months now and we are glad we made the decisions we did. Have had two minor problems and they were both handled quickly and completely. For a custom built cart I think that is damn impressive. We live in Sun City Summerlin ( golf cart community ), and use the cart almost every day. A golf cart is a big investment so do your homework before you shop around, and be sure to go to TFS to see the facility in person before you buy. read more

My experience with TFS started off good with their salesman, Jason. However, when I received my restored golf cart, they forgot to put the seatbelts I had purchased and ripped the front seat cushion. They installed the seatbelts after taking the cart back and Jason promised to repair the cushion at their expense, but the owner, Steve, then decided to charge me $250 to repair their mistake. Of course, I was very upset, but they had my golf cart already for the seatbelts, and I didn't have the time to search for another company to repair it so I relented about the cushion repair. I'm writing this review to warn all potential customers to not do business with this company and look elsewhere for their golf cart restoration needs. read more

I recently was in search of a LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) golf cart that I could drive on city streets and also on the golf course. My investigation led me to TFS, Taylor Fleet Solution. I purchased a Garia Luxury Golf Cart, which is now a Nevada registered and licensed, electric, low speed vehicle... that is actually an incredible golf cart. Steven and Jason are the principles I worked with thru this process. Both Steven and Jason were very helpful with the purchase the registration for my new vehicle. 100% turn key operation, all I needed to do was take delivery of my new electric vehicle and enjoy. I would point out that TFS has multiple manufactures of both golf carts and low speed vehicles. I would strongly recommend speaking with Steven or Jason prior to making a golf cart purchase, and if you are thinking about a Low Speed Vehicle golf cart purchase, TFS is a mandatory stop prior to making any final decisions.
