I was…read moreoriginally going in looking for the Ventus Blue shafts and they convinced me I would be fine saving 1k+ going with the stock shafts for the Qi4D driver and woods and fitted me for a regular shafts over the stiff I was originally going to purchase on the irons after consistently hitting them better in the bay with Mark. Mark was very patient and insightful in the fitting bay giving me expert options as opposed to just going with what I was initially looking for. Tommy was really knowledgeable and creative with helping me with my 90 day performance guarantee swap and getting into the right clubs after having a failed fitting at Club champion and blindly purchasing their recommendations from PGA store after the fitting. In retrospect would have just done the fitting with PGA store instead and not have had to deal with this debacle. Even though I went to club champion for the fitting, the PGA store was super helpful in getting me in the right set of clubs and were really helpful and friendly. Mark was helpful in the quick swap fitting and Tommy was amazing and getting everything done effectively and ensured I didn't overspend where I didn't need to given I'm newer to golf. Definitely will be using PGA superstore as my go-to moving forward for anything golf related and will work with Tommy specifically, whenever possible. He was fun to work with and very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

They used to have kids' shoes too but didn't see any this time. Also carry golf clothes. Their selection of women's golf clothes is pretty impressive. Their selection of putters is second to none. Why is it that when you try out a new putter at a store, you can't miss?? I tried a Scotty Cameron putter and didn't miss any putts! Like 6 or 7 putts. Good to know that this place has yet to compete with club services that is like PGA superstore. I asked if I could get a service done on my putter the same day and I was told to go to the back and meet "Chris" and and it's the same dude that told me to go to the cash registers for my pickup. Apparently Chris refused to do service on my putter as he wasn't comfortable with doing the service. Dude got hired to do nothing except make people uncomfortable. The Golf galaxy at Summerlin is at least better than this place.

This was my second time being rung up by her. When I visited on Thursday, she informed me that I would receive $10 off after spending $50. Today I returned and made a purchase of around $100, so I mentioned what she had told me previously. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she laughed at me and said, "You must be hallucinating." I was honestly shocked. That response was completely disrespectful and inappropriate to say to a customer. If there was confusion or if the promotion only applied to that specific day, she could have simply explained that there was no reason to mock or insult me. A manager was eventually called and clarified that the promotion was only valid for that particular day. That explanation was fine, but Desiree could have handled this professionally from the start instead of making assumptions and speaking to me in such a rude manner. I spend a significant amount of money at this location and do not expect to be treated this way by someone who is supposed to represent the company. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior moving forward.

Rob was nice and clearly knew his stuff, but I didn't feel I got the chance to try the clubs I wanted to because of the rush. I was asked to choose 2 from TaylorMade, Ping, or Callaway GI irons based on looks, and then we would try the shafts. I asked about trying the Titleist but was told they wouldn't be a good fit for me. We went through a few shafts; it seems like some of the standard choices weren't available, so we ended up with upgraded shafts. I ended up with the fitting documents and was told I had to purchase the clubs before I left, or the fee wouldn't be credited. To be fair to Rob, that's a company decision, not his, but I already felt rushed, and then, all of a sudden, I had to make a decision immediately while someone else was booked in and waiting for Rob. In the end I paid for the fitting, walked away, and booked another fitting elsewhere. In hindsight, I should have just picked up a wedge. The clubs I was fitted into at Golftec were at the bottom of my options. The other place gave me 2 months to order clubs and get the fitting fee credited. I've now ordered a full bag, and for the irons, the data told me the T350's were my best option. So I went with Titleist in the end.

Let me tell you about my coach Jerry. Jerry has by far been the most patient, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional coach I've ever had. He goes above and beyond what I expect a coach to do and doesn't force you to become something you can't be. I've had times where work interfered with my schedule and he's adjusted his schedule to fit mine. The facility itself is well taken care of. The bays are clean, the faculty is amazing and friendly, there's fresh cold water onsite for you to use, the bathroom is clean and they even make sure that the bays stay working 100% during your practice sessions! If I ever come back to Vegas, I'm definitely coming back here. In total I've had maybe around 15 lessons here and my swing has never been better! This location is two stories and very large. I remember the first time I visited, I thought it was as large as a Costco. There's been several times where my partner and I had to text each other to find one another because this place is so large. Very rarely will I shop with my partner. Friday was one of those rare days where I actually went shopping with him and we found ourselves upstairs in the Optics department. Jeff was working the counter that day, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to educate my partner on differences in magnification, and objective size. He showed my partner the different levels of each so that he can determine what would be best for his needs. I really appreciated that it did not feel pushy and was very education forward. Again, I'm not a super outdoorsy person so I may not be the best judge here, but I find this place to be extremely large with a wide selection to fit anyone's needs along with wonderful customer service. Plus it's a bonus that it's connected to the casino. PS- they do have what I think are timeshare salesmans located at both entrances. They always ask if I'm interested in spinning the wheel and I politely decline.
