They used to have kids' shoes too but didn't see any this time. Also carry golf clothes. Their selection of women's golf clothes is pretty impressive. Their selection of putters is second to none. Why is it that when you try out a new putter at a store, you can't miss?? I tried a Scotty Cameron putter and didn't miss any putts! Like 6 or 7 putts. Good to know that this place has yet to compete with club services that is like PGA superstore. I asked if I could get a service done on my putter the same day and I was told to go to the back and meet "Chris" and and it's the same dude that told me to go to the cash registers for my pickup. Apparently Chris refused to do service on my putter as he wasn't comfortable with doing the service. Dude got hired to do nothing except make people uncomfortable. The Golf galaxy at Summerlin is at least better than this place.

This was my second time being rung up by her. When I visited on Thursday, she informed me that I would receive $10 off after spending $50. Today I returned and made a purchase of around $100, so I mentioned what she had told me previously. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she laughed at me and said, "You must be hallucinating." I was honestly shocked. That response was completely disrespectful and inappropriate to say to a customer. If there was confusion or if the promotion only applied to that specific day, she could have simply explained that there was no reason to mock or insult me. A manager was eventually called and clarified that the promotion was only valid for that particular day. That explanation was fine, but Desiree could have handled this professionally from the start instead of making assumptions and speaking to me in such a rude manner. I spend a significant amount of money at this location and do not expect to be treated this way by someone who is supposed to represent the company. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior moving forward.

Rob was nice and clearly knew his stuff, but I didn't feel I got the chance to try the clubs I wanted to because of the rush. I was asked to choose 2 from TaylorMade, Ping, or Callaway GI irons based on looks, and then we would try the shafts. I asked about trying the Titleist but was told they wouldn't be a good fit for me. We went through a few shafts; it seems like some of the standard choices weren't available, so we ended up with upgraded shafts. I ended up with the fitting documents and was told I had to purchase the clubs before I left, or the fee wouldn't be credited. To be fair to Rob, that's a company decision, not his, but I already felt rushed, and then, all of a sudden, I had to make a decision immediately while someone else was booked in and waiting for Rob. In the end I paid for the fitting, walked away, and booked another fitting elsewhere. In hindsight, I should have just picked up a wedge. The clubs I was fitted into at Golftec were at the bottom of my options. The other place gave me 2 months to order clubs and get the fitting fee credited. I've now ordered a full bag, and for the irons, the data told me the T350's were my best option. So I went with Titleist in the end.

I could tell the guy helping me was growing frustrated at my lack of understanding but didn't really tell me why he couldn't evaluate or coach me and then tell me what sort of clubs to get. He zeroed in immediately on my main problems and we work on it. Being able to see my swing on the screen makes it so clear what I'm doing wrong and what I need to work on. Joel is very patient and doesn't overburden me with multiple things. We work on one, maximum two things at a time and between lessons I'm hitting balls, working on what he's shown me I have to do. After just 3 lessons my swing is so improved and I'm hitting the ball cleaner and farther. Can't recommend Joel and RoboGolf highly enough!

Let me tell you about my coach Jerry. Jerry has by far been the most patient, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional coach I've ever had. He goes above and beyond what I expect a coach to do and doesn't force you to become something you can't be. I've had times where work interfered with my schedule and he's adjusted his schedule to fit mine. The facility itself is well taken care of. The bays are clean, the faculty is amazing and friendly, there's fresh cold water onsite for you to use, the bathroom is clean and they even make sure that the bays stay working 100% during your practice sessions! If I ever come back to Vegas, I'm definitely coming back here. In total I've had maybe around 15 lessons here and my swing has never been better! I feel confident that everything I've learned here applies in every aspect of golf. Thank you Jerry and faculty members!

Jacob came around to meet us at the door and welcomed us to the store and offered to help us. It was really nice! He listened and answered all my questions, and showed me what to look out for when my son tried on the helmet and pads. He made the visit fun for my son, referring to Minecraft and offering shoulder pads that had "real gold" on it and said it was $1mil. Lol. My son got a kick out of that. Jacob got us squared away with padded pants and a practice jersey. They didn't have my son's correct helmet size and color in stock, so Jacob made sure to take my number down so they can call me when it comes in. Which brings me to the next awesome associate who helped us-- Cooper! Cooper called me and recommended I come down to have him try on the helmet since they just got a shipment in, and it was still a small quantity. Cooper helped Noah get the helmet on, and made sure we had the correct cheek pads. Both young men were very helpful and kind, and my son thought they were the "coolest bros" ever. Thanks!

We get to see the flags! Our country let's not forget; aside from politics! Non sense in my opinion! But the staff and community rally together and come and see the flag display here at Bass on Memorial Day. Let our freedom ring and be heard. The store is super spacious and well organized, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. They carry a wide variety of sports gear, apparel, and accessories for pretty much every sport and activity. One of the standout areas is the large shoe department, tons of brands, sizes and styles whether you're looking for athletic, training, or casual shoes with a variety of pricing. The employees are friendly and helpful, which always makes the shopping experience better. Anytime I've had a question or needed help finding something, someone was nearby and willing to assist. Overall, this is a solid go to store inside the mall with plenty of selection and lots of space with and helpful staff.
