Where do I start. From the minute I walked in the door to the moment I chose the model I wanted I had a great experience. Keith and Luk were amazingly helpful and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions I had. This dealership is top notch. Living in a golf cart community I said I need a real golf cart, so my wife and I drove over to BoteroCarts and were now loyal customers. Once we got there we were treated wonderfully5 . Greyson greeted us and explained all the different models and guided us on what we were truly looking for. So ended up with a Maverick 4 All lifted up , knobby tires, all the nice stuff. Turned out when Luke delivered the cart it just did not fit in my garage. Grayson Fabiano and the whole crew here is shady, dysfunctional at best and does not do their job! I bought my cart, 1st sale of theirs, paid cash in 2024 and it was not a cheap purchase by any means. They could not get my title straight but sure took my cash. Then they lost the invoice when I needed warranty service (which I purchased for 8 years). Reason being, they said they switched over to a new point of sale so my invoice was just gone. Tell Uncle Sam that! Then when I needed to get it registered, they failed to come through over a half a dozen times getting me a correct title. When I finally had to get so angry that I was literally screaming to get help, Grayson tried to belittle me for that, then sent me my title. How does a business roll over on a customer and expect them to be quiet and sit in the corner when no help is ever done? Well, guess what? This story of horror and dysfunction even gets better. He asked to have it sent back to him in order for me to get it registered. Mind you, this took 13 months to do so in the first place. I was told by Grayson to send the original title to Botero, they would then forward it to DMV and DMV would return it to Botero and in turn they would send it back to me. I was extremely reluctant to do so as this is my title. This document says that I own it. This has been since August 2025. I have received absolutely nothing except a letter from DMV saying I would be fined because Botero once again screwed up and put the wrong year on the title so my insurance is coving what?? I just talked with Grayson (who by the way has a cell phone that rings into infinity and then finally answers only to hear "mail box is full') and he said he would never tell me that DMV would send it back to them. He said they would send it to me. Wrong again!! He looked and low and behold, there it was with a letter from DMV asking them to identify that I had no liens on the cart. Well, duh... had you not lost the invoice or paid attention you would have known it was a cash deal and taken care of that. Or maybe, just maybe not buried that title and letter in a pile and ignored it. Then I asked how long it had been sitting there. He got defensive again and said he wasn't going to go back and forth with me again as if I had done something wrong. He then said, "I'm not going to lie to you, it's been here for 2 or 3 weeks". Which, I do believe is a complete lie as I registered this in August 2025. Keep in mind that my original purchase was in July of 2024. He said he was sending it today which doesn't help me when I'm getting certified mail from DMV saying I'm being fined! Thanks again for the horrible, horrible work ethic coming from these ding dongs on Gowan! DO NOT BUY FROM BOTERO EVER! STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND GRAYSON WILL TALK YOUR EAR OFF AND NEVER SAY ANYTHING TRUTHFUL OR HELPFUL. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PURCHASE OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH THEM!!! read more
