What an amazing gym! I signed up in January of 2018 for the six week challenge skeptical that I would actually lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Little did I know I would go just a bit over 20. When I came to training for warriors I was overweight and it was literally killing me. I was starting to have mobility issues and I was blaming on an autoimmune disease rather than dealing with my weight. I still have a long way to go but if it weren't for tfw I wouldn't be able to run, jump or even touch my toes. This is one amazing gym with awesome trainers who provide a ton of support and encouragement. This gym is like weight watchers plus a gym tied into one. Best gym ever! Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing coaches, great owner, and fun workouts each class. There are a variety of HIIT, cardio and strength training classes. And a yoga class too. The variety keeps it interesting and challenging. I've struggled with injuries and the owner and coaches work with me to create modifications. I can still participate and maintain fitness while I heal. I've belonged for years now and the camaraderie keeps me coming back. It's a family and I've made great friends while having fun, working hard and getting fit. I'm happy there and love to go there. So highly recommend. read more

I joined this gym in January 2019 - was not a group fitness fan...BUT I am now - this gym is so much more! Nothing like any gym I had ever been in before - where were the rows, and rows of cardio equipment, all the weight machines? Classes are high intensity, instructors are fabulous - always ready to assist with modifications if needed, always encouraging! TFW is not just a place to workout and learn about nutrition, it is a family. I look forward to seeing my workout partners so much that I don't want to miss a workout. The coaches are great and will correct form and advance exercises when needed. I have learned a lot about nutrition and shed a lot of pounds of fat and have a much more toned physique now.
