After that came the big project, Eric and his courteous & professional team installed a patio on my back yard. This was not just any patio, its a 700 square foot monster with a large retaining wall, curves, removal of part of my deck and about 6 pallets worth of pavers! On top of the planned material, my yard and the recent weather (thunderstorms) threw all sorts of challenges into the process but Eric and his team took every challenge and turned it into an asset which his planning and detail showed in the final product. They have done a decent job for us in the past, put up a fence, transplanted peonies, all good. But one is dying, it is brown, and it needs to be replaced. When we told them about it, they said they don't guarantee the plants, and would not replace it. What gets me is that every plant place I have ever bought anything from guarantees their plants, I don't know if they were just too lazy to follow through or what. For the prices they charge, things should be perfect. If they won't guarantee their product, I will not hire them again.
