I lived here for five years and really enjoyed the experience. The amenities were plentiful and well cared for, and the office staff was always nice and professional. My maintenance requests were completed in a timely fashion, which was a welcome change after my past renting experience. The location is quiet and yet very close to many restaurants and businesses. It's pricey to be sure, but I think it has better value for what you get than many other places. My only criticism is that they consistently raised my rent every year that I renewed the lease so that by the time I left I was paying several hundred more a month than what I originally signed up for. However, I'm still giving five stars because I know that is standard practice for all rental companies as the cost of living increases. It's bull, but they all do it, and at least here I believe you get good value for what you pay. read more

The Residence of Town Center is shady. I moved in in May of 2023. I put a work order in for outside stairs to be fixed as they were not safe, myself and my grandson have tripped on these steps multiple times. Still as of May of 2026 they are not fixed and was told they are waiting on permit from the city. I had to put 3 work orders in on my fridge. Lost $450 worth of food to get a new fridge. I moved out end of May due to relocating for my job. I gave them a little more than 60 day notice. Signed a letter to vacate and turned in a letter from my employer due to relocating for my job. somehow paperwork never got scanned in. After a couple of conversations with the manager and staff which some can be very rude and not helpful. Then after I sent messages in the rental portal, emails and phone calls and none have been returned. I moved out May 31. Keys were turned in 6-1. They had all the notice. I received a notice from a collection agency in the amount of $2474. I broke the lease. they lied to the credit agency saying I told them on May 27th that I was moving out of the area on May 31. That's a lie and I have paperwork and letter to vacate and letter from my employer to prove it. They never sent me a final bill, no phone call for a walk through and I only know about the walk through because of the Credit agency Informing of the walk through. I also never received any of my deposit back. I have video and pics of my apartment the day of the move out. They are just mad I filed a complaint with BBB about the Stairs and I filed a complaint with the City about the stairs because they aren't safe. I would never rent from them again or tell anyone to rent from them. They are shady and will rip you off. They try to fine you every chance they get. Rental portal goes down and you can't pay the rent late fee. It's crazy. Absolute jokes. I even tried to work out a payment plan and no return call and they have the audacity to send to collection agency. Hasn't even been 45 days since I moved out. No final bill. Nothing in mail, in writing. Sent to Collections. I'm going to fight this for sure. I'm sure I'm not the first person they've done this to. read more

I've been looking for a new home since relocating due to a promotion with my company coming to Columbus. All I heard from our company scouts, as we call them, is that when visiting Columbus to choose our new division headquarters, one area that stood out the most was Dublin, Ohio. I took their advice and looked up several places to check out for my new residence, Meadowview being one of the places. I was very impressed with how the property looked, and the mount of peaceful quietness they had. Quiet is very important to me given my new role. I found Meadowview to be within in my price range, and easy to find. What I wasn't prepared for was the WOW factor. From the moment I stepped out of my car, they had so much. From the pond and all the nature aspects, to the high end living feel the apartments themselves had. The staff was very professional and friendly, and answered all the questions I had. they told me about the cool spots in the area I might like, as well as move of the key points to check out in Columbus. They were very helpful. The only thing they can't help me with, the decision of which unit I want to choose. The easy decision though, I found my new home. read more

I cannot give TGM Meadow View enough praise for taking care of their residents. Everyone is so friendly and helpful in the front office. Maintenance is wonderful- fixes anything within 24-48 hours, usually closer to the 24 hours. New HVAC systems complete with Nest thermostats were installed to help with energy costs. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is always crystal clear. The exercise equipment is great, room is always clean and a great variety to work out on. Can't highly recommend TGM Meadow View enough! read more

Worst place I have ever lived in my life. Poor maintenance, constant construction, dilapidated units.

TGM Meadow View was one of the worst landlords I've encountered. They are shady with near constant gotcha financial issues, ignored maintenance requests, and extraordinarily bad communications. I am sure that I am called a Karen & other nastier terms by office staff. I'll start with compliments- it is nicely quiet especially for off 161 near sawmill, & for me I had a very short commute to work & shopping, & the trees are magnificent old growth. They are clearly making physical improvements (new stairs, deck fences, greener lights etc) but I suspect the last is just bring the buildings up to code. My first several months passed unremarkably & I was happy with my home. I made a mistake early in 20- pre shut down, in paying rent; almost forgot to do it, so I went onto their resident portal but did not bother to look up which account# went to which of my accounts (ie savings vs checking) I choose wrongly & it bounced. Completely my fault. Corrected & went on, paying by check instead as was my contract choice. Learned later that this incident permanently kicked me off paying via the portal. Some time later, several months after the vaccine started, they suddenly decided that all checks had cooties despite using the drop box, but they did not restore me to payable status on the portal. They also rejected all electronic payments from my national large-chain bank. For up to 6+ months I had to fight to just pay rent, they turned up their nose at my good checks, each time with an almost gleeful 'if we could evict you, we would" letter. When a maintenance- caused fire burnt down the next-door building, in January 2020, tenants received zero communications from the staff, No apology or explanation, no plea to help for the 16+ suddenly homeless (monthly pleas for random charities happened), not even fire extinguishers provided. While recovering, I noticed strange scratching sounds in the hvac ceiling & walls. An exterminator came, but I still suspect the place has rats. In May '21, my tub started leaking into the adjacent carpeted closet floor ('brook-something' layout). Adding to the caulk/grout did not work, so maintenance claimed they went into the access panel in the bedroom wall & " twice" fixed it. However, the access panel was painted shut- so painted shut that when the leak was actually fixed the panel's cut paint left a hole in the wall. I was told a blatant lie, meanwhile my clothes were molding. I was told (again) that I was unprofessional for complaining about the condition of the home I payed them literally thousands to maintain. Unsurprisingly, they just sent a bill claiming that the liquid damage to the closet carpet is "cat urine" instead of the gallons of water leaked while them flatly lying about it being fixed. I lived at TGM for over 7 years and loved all of it. I was in a one bedroom apartment and then moved to a two bedroom apartment and it was honestly a fantastic place to live the entire time. The apartments are pretty massive with a ton of closet space and it's probably the most dog friendly apartment complex that you'll be able to find with two separate dog parks in the complex. They even put in turf in the front dog park right before I moved out. There is a washer and dryer right in the unit and it's really close to all kinds of bars and any food place you could want. The staff is awesome too. Everyone was super nice and they set up all kinds of events where you can win prizes or get free food from food trucks. Everyone from the office was super cool. I love to workout and I was able to completely quit my gym because their apartment gym is legit that good. It's all brand new stuff in there and open 24/7. Any maintenance request was usually taken care of within 24 - 48 hours. They've made some great updates to the apartments since I've lived there too. I see the reviews about the charges after you move out and I'm not sure if it's due to new management but I had a dog the entire time and was only charged $115 after moving out due to my dog destroying literally every single blind in the apartment. So I knew that was coming. I loved living here and am definitely gonna miss it. read more

Pros: Fireplace, decent location, and thick walls/ceilings. Cons: Your closet can store milk in the winter it is so cold, there is little to no insulation in the walls, the windows are old and drafty, the doors are not hung straight which lets in air and bugs, tons of fees, horrible utility companies associated with this complex, loud construction going on for months on end with trash and nails laying everywhere, staff entering with very little notice posted to your door, constant intrusions and annoyances for super high rent, general dirty grounds like they dont even bother to clean, some buildings you have to fight for parking due to layout, poor sidewalk and road care in winter (fallen many times), unsalted sidewalks, plow your car in making you dig your car out, poor water drainage, broken and stuffed gutters, staff do not care about your pets at all, too much light outside at night so you will need blackout curtains, good luck. read more

I lived in this complex for a year and could not wait until my lease was up. I had nothing but issues. In the winter my heat went out and was left for 24 hours without service while my pipes froze and was less than 40 degrees in my apartment. Do not move in if you have pets because they will charge you a $300 "non refundable fee" along with monthly "pet rent fee" (I paid $70/month) that is not applicable towards any pet related issues when you move out for normal wear and tear with pets, totaling roughly $1100 (when you inquire what that is put towards, they won't tell you because "it's just a fee"). In addition to the $1100 in "fees", they will slap you with a $630 carpet replacement fee. $1700. They will tell you that that the $1100 cannot go towards anything for pet related damage, but can't tell you what that $1100 in fees actually go towards, they just pocket it and charge you additionally. . Also be prepared to pay extra for the whirlpool tub that they advertise, you can't use it (unless you like cold baths, I personally don't care for them) because the water heater can't fill the tub past the jets. When you submit a work order for this, Don't worry they will tell you to just use cold water to fill the rest of the tub when the hot water runs out. When you question why they have these tubs with hot water tanks that can't bother to fill it, you will get no response. When you put in a work order for insufficient heating and cooling, their solution is to tell you to make sure you close your blinds and curtains at all times to be able to support their poor AC and heating systems. When you address any of the concerns you are met with rude, condescending, defensive management. Since the scripted response to the complaints seem to be to "come into the office to further discuss", I have already discussed the above with current management so no need to comment that. read more

The rent is not worth the hassle. It was built in the 80's and you can tell that not much has been done to it since, we had pieces of the ceiling falling off, my window was cracked for two years. I put in work orders for 18 months and they never fixed it. There workmanship is dreadful and they will charge you for it when you move out. Take pictures when you move in, also request copy's of your work orders. My car was broken into 2 times and one day my wife came out to her car and someone was going through it. TGM didn't do anything but send an email. Don't move in here unless you have to, and if you do make sure that you document everything. read more

The office staff is amazing and really try to help you with anything you need. I have lived a several apartment complexes and this one has the best maintenance staff out of all of them! While they are under construction at the moment, I know that it is to better the community. They got rid of the indoor pool but no one really used it. They added a HUGE gym and it is AMAZING. One of the biggest, coolest gyms I have see in an apartment complex. All the machines are new and updated. The also added a business center with really nice apple computers and a printer and copy machine... ALL FREE to residents! The monthly resident events have been so fun and usually result in winning a prize! I love my neighbors too!! Everyone here that I have came in contact with have been soo nice!! I have lived here for 4 years and I totally recommend moving here !! read more

The bill was for more than $100 when my bills have always been around $35. This place continues to haunt me. Great place to live! Pros: Indoor and outdoor pools, 24 hour gym, fairly thick walls, great location, attentive staff, quiet, safe, hot tub, dog park, sand volleyball court, and many great amenities! Cons: tennis court needs some TLC, no sidewalks to stores so you have to drive. Overall, a very great recommendation! People are friendly and nice, 4 stars for the tennis court mainly, but location is close enough to Antrim Park that it's almost a non-issue. Pool and sauna are great in the winter! read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please I am trying to save you just listen. Terribly high prices for what you get. I pay 100 more at a new apartment now with twice the space better property, better managers, and better area. As a single woman i felt sooooo unsafe here. Multiple car break ins and they only send you and email and call that good management. They hire construction men who blare their playlist outside your window at 7:00 in the morning and peep into your windows. This is not a temporary thing, they are constantly doing construction and while you might think this is a good thing, NO. The property looks half finished at all times with insulation exposed and old siding disposed everywhere. Don't believe me? DRIVE THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD! Not to mention the creepy maintenance men who walk through the gym the whole time you are working out and stare at you to the point of making you uncomfortable. Small security deposit might have you fooled but they hit you with a HUGE bill at then end for damages and cleaning. I'm not the only person this has happen to just do your research on the reviews! At my other apartments i have always received my security deposit in full so i know it's not because of me. I was without a washer for 2 months (which the luxury of having one in unit is factored into the rent) because no one knew what the status was on my work order i called and emailed multiple times!! I asked them to prorate my rent or help with laundromat costs as I was paying full rent which included the washer and they told me, no. They are also seem to have a termite problem which is why they are gouging people for "damages" because they know they have a bigger problem on their hands they are going to need to repair. I have lived in this apartment for more than 6 years...WOW, that itself states how much I liked it. I was in one bedroom apartment first and then moved into a 2 Bedroom later within the same building. Both me and my spouse just love the place, its staff and easily accessible location. The place is very close to most of the shopping and grocery stores, its also close to school and work locations, its hard to find such a combination at great pricing. The apartments have open spaces, pool and gym, we liked the regular resident events arranged by community staff with fellow residents. The staff is also very professional and have never let us down. All in all I would say its a great place to stay if you work around Worthington, Dublin, Powell areas. read more

The work orders I request get done the same day; if work is going to be completed around the complex, notification is sent out with more than enough time; the neighbors are quiet. I just moved out and the place was spotless because I hired a cleaning company and they did a great job! I have a dog and a cat and they never had an accident on the carpet but I just got a letter stating that they replaced the carpet due to urine stains. I am so upset! I have lived here for about 5 weeks and have been very happy with everything. Everyone has been very accomodating and helpful. I had to have Maintenance fix a couple things right after move in and it was done quickly and they even did a few extra things they didn't have to. The apartments are nice and it is pretty quiet . I have been very happy with it up to this point. I have to point out that the office staff has been exceptional. I had some issues with some of the staff at the last place I lived and had a lot of chaotic things going on when I moved in here. The girls in the office have been very friendly and helpful in everyway and have taken care of every issue I've had. A real breath of fresh air to my experiences at other places. Fairly new resident. Very friendly and helpful management. My apartment is modern, up to date and was very clean at move-in. The complex is quiet with the friendliness of surrounding neighbors. Had 2 small work orders when initially moved in and within the same day were completed. Each month the Staff schedules a special 'Resident Day' with various activities, i.e.: Pizza Party/Christmas party w/Santa taking pictures of our fur-babies/Hot Cocoa 'n snacks/BBQ/ etc. read more

I've been at several other communities and hands down my experience at TGM was the best yet. The management actually cared about you and they followed through with things and we're always friendly and quick to repair anything. Sure the community isn't brand new, but that's part of what I liked. I never experienced anything out of the ordinary and actually loved my place there. I lived here for a year in a two story town home that was a one bedroom. I'll start off by saying the leasing staff is really great. That's about the only good thing here. During my stay I've experienced my neighbors domestic violence by two different tenants in a three month gap. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor taking a piss. I had to sleep on my couch the last two months due to them slamming every cabinet and drawer that is in their place or yelling whatever at each other at 2am. The spiders that were there when I first moved in were pretty horrendous as well. The majority of people here speed through the complex, doing double or more above the speed limit and there is not much room to get by as is. I've almost been hit numerous times. Taking from Ameenah, not everyone tends to be rude but most are. The dog park is littered with dog feces there is no point in even going there. The place was overpriced. You can buy a house for what they are asking for. It may have been nice looking on the pictures but there is a lot else to them. The doors barely fit in the frames, everything is off at a weird angle like an alice in wonderland house. The carpet near the front door that met the tile was lifted off the floor so you would trip over it every time you would walk inside. The tile itself in the bathroom did not meet the wall, as well as in the kitchen and near the front door. The floor itself in the kitchen was warped as well. It was just all poorly done. In the winter, if you do not put something over your windows your heat will run constantly. The drafts the windows let in was unacceptable. After a year of living there, the last three in agony due to the neighbors they now want to charge me 400 for the carpet. Yes I have a pet. He is house trained since July and they want to charge me for it. It's been a year, the carpet will need replaced no matter what. Just walking through it and regular wear and tear it would need replaced. But I get the bill for it no matter what because I have a pet. In my opinion, there are a lot better places around here, and I would go back to them if I could and avoid this place. They make it look nice, but once you actually see the place you might have second thoughts about it. I do not know how the single story one bedroom, or the two story two bedrooms are. This is my experience with the single bedroom two story. Yea the gym is nice, but you don't live inside the gym or at the pool. Yea it's close to shops and food, but so are other places around here, for less the rent, that are quieter and are not looking to make any penny they can get from you. The location is also great, everything you need is very close, many places are in walking distance. Great pool! This place is terrible to live at. They told me I could have Direct TV before I moved in. Once I moved in and got it installed they said i couldn't have it. Then they charged me $50 to take it down. My rent increased $115 over the span of a year and a half. Took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix my a/c last summer. read more

I have lived in the Meadow View community for almost 6 years. As a female, I always appreciated the safety and security of the complex and area. I live in the Wedgewood floor plan. I love having 2 floors, the large bathroom/jacuzzi tub and private balcony off the bedroom. The layout definitely gives a very spacious feel. Being on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building, I have had minimal issues with noise and offers more privacy. In addition to all previously mentioned, the amenities are awesome! Having a washer and dryer in each unit is a huge plus. The pool area is very nice and always well kept, gym equipment was updated around the time I first moved in and is perfect for basic cardio and weight needs, and having a tanning bed on site is super convenient. The staff is always very friendly and personable and any maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely manner. Great location! read more

Apartment living really doesn't get any better than Meadow View. The units, the amenities, the grounds, and especially the staff. I lived there for about 3 years and i really can't complain. The staff always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The 2 bedroom townomes are very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 large walk in closets, 2 outdoor paitos, a wood burning fireplace with brick hearth, and a private entrance to your unit. The units are very well kept and i had no maintenance issues for the entire time i lived there. As far as amenities n the grounds...2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and free tanning! Not to mention, the staff is always available to help should you forget to tun off the coffee pot or iron(; I would and have always recommended this property to anyone looking for a great, beautiful, friendly property.
