Our project was a bit unique in that we needed bricks removed from our driveway and new restraining edges created around newly opened area where gravel would be installed. Tim was very accommodating to help us with our project and quoted a very reasonable price. Robin always kept things organized from getting the work scheduled through completion. Tim did exactly what he said he would do and did it when he said he would. That's a valuable trait in business these days. The outcome far exceeded our expectations. Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three…read morecontracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

We wanted a room built around a 16' SwimSpa which was a challenging project which several other builders were unable to even quote us because they didn't know how to build the vault to sink the spa 3 feet below ground level and creat a trap floor deck to allow access to the mechanics. Keith knew exactly what we needed and promptly put together a beautiful de sign that included a proper dehumidifier, fan to vent fumes and an external heat pump so we can heat the spa more efficiently (and it cools the water too!). Every aspect of his design was perfect! Our addition is stunning. Once we moved the exercise equipment into the addition, Keith had his team reconfigure one of the bedrooms that was on a split hallway from our main bedroom so it now opens into our main bedroom. This leaves us with two private guest rooms and a guest bath adding a walk-in dressing room off the main bedroom. It is so amazing - the closet space we now have is enviable. His main crew Jimmy and Mike are master craftsmen who not only build your dream but are super nice and wonderful to work with. We are so thankful we found Keith and his team and highly highly highly recommend this Company and Crew. He kept us in the loop throughout the project (via text and calls), explained every step of the permit process in a way we could easily understand, worked hard to get the project done even with some supply chain delays and was wonderful with add-ons and changes my spouse came up with during the project. I received estimates from four different companies and I chose Shannon Vaden. Some of the moisture damage was worse than initially thought. Shannon and his crew repaired all the items on the WDO, in addition, damage done to a load bearing wall from water leaking by a improperly sealed window frame. The repair required work on inner and external sides of the wall. Not only is Shannon very affable but honest with a strong work ethic. Not to mention he was very reasonable in his pricing.
