I've never been to Swiss Cleaners before but I worked in the service industry for years so I always enter a business with a smile and cheery tone. I did my best to overlook her attitude(it was 8am, I completely get not being a morning person). The next day I returned to drop off more clothes and she was still absolutely awful. I tried coming later in the day to pick up my first order and cancel my last order and the blonde lady was just as off putting. I understand being tired, I don't understand inadequate customer service...
