Carol came and talked about all the benefits of massage - things I never knew about! I was definitely a person who has never been interested in massage therapy and knew nothing about it. She blew me away with her knowledge! Through my pregnancy when I started getting towards the end I learned that through all of my lifting and workouts I had made my body really tight and not necessarily prepared for childbirth. I quickly booked a massage at a local, corporate massage place and instantly regretted it. The person had no idea how to massage a pregnant person and was basically doing a typical massage on a pregnancy table. That's when I contacted Carol and set up an appt with her. From the moment I walked in I could tell this experience would be different. She has such a calm demeanor and instantly put me at ease. Her room is calming and smells wonderful! She knew all about different oils to use, pressure points and different massage techniques to do at different stages of pregnancy. I had done a lot of research on these things and she was talking about all of it before I mentioned a thing! She is very cutting-edge in her training, but that is backed with years of experience. I have never felt so confident in someone's expertise and ability in a long time. The massage itself was so relaxing and everything I needed at the time. I saw her a handful of times leading up to my pregnancy and she was awesome about fitting me in when I had time to come see her. It was honestly the best part of the last weeks of my pregnancy and I wish I had gone to her sooner. My body felt great, I felt more relaxed, my mental state was better, and it was just some great "me" time before the baby came. She would even talk to me about massages to do and pressure points to engage to help with some of the problems I was having. Even though she was further away from where I live, it was so worth the drive out there and I recommend her to everyone! You won't find a better place to get a massage.

Also you should probably be prepared to hear a tad bit of Chinese music (this makes me giggle on the inside when I'm there.) The different masseuses have their own style but they adjust to whatever your preferences are. I've found that Swedish massages are a bit too light handed but the Asian style or deep tissue massages are too rough so I opt for something in between, and they are awesome at it! They know where my knottiest spots are and always work those areas more. The rooms and chairs are always clean and towels are fresh. Prices are fair and they offer 60 or 90 min sessions. There is a price difference between the Swedish and Deep Tissue but I don't remember off the top of my head. Pros: Awesome massages, great price, simplicity, cleanliness Cons: No website! Yargh!

I informed mine that I ride horses and tend to be pretty sore in my back. She does a fantastic job and I honestly do not have much pain after I ride now. It definitely helped with tension and soreness. I tried their facial last week and it was also really nice. They asked what my goal was for my skin and did a quick massage on my back and neck. Would highly recommend! The facility is very modern and they offer flavored water when you walk in. When it's cold outside, they give you a heated neck micro-bead pillow. The bathrooms are always clean and the beds can also be heated.

When I picked him up he told me he was asked how his massage was and offered a membership to which he declined. I received a $40 charge on my card one month later. They told me they had booked him for a massage on his way out. He never confirmed or agreed to anything, way to take advantage of people! I had to cancel my card because I didn't want any more charges from them. The manager offered a massage at a discounted price which I declined. I'm not rewarding them making an unauthorized charge by giving them more money. I am also unable to get a refund back on my card since it was cancelled and they are not willing to confirm with my bank that it was indeed an unauthorized charge so we can get our money back. This is stealing !! This isn't how you run a business. People trust you and give you their payment deals to hold an appointment or pay for a service not for you to charge them randomly like this. I was told the owner " probably " wouldn't want to work with my bank. This is sad !!!!
