But as soon as we walked in the door we could feel the warmth and kindness of dental staff! From the moment Carlee and Mia got in the dentist chair for the overall clean & checkup to the check out of our visit, I felt safe and cared for by a very loving staff! Im so glad my gut guided us to Children's Dental Haven.. now I no longer worry about who our girls dentist will be! The assistant -Annie did a marvelous job and should be commended! She explained everything that would be going on she even explained all costs that possibly insurance didn't cover that we could easily decline with no judgement. I don't think my girls ever had pain or discomfort and definitely will return to her ! Dr P came in and overviewed all the chompers on our girls and had us feeling more confident in our choice for our girls than I walked in with. As expected, the clinic is very kid oriented and brightly colored. The lobby is very comfortable and spacious. They provide refreshments too. There are also video games and toys which helped distract my kids from the real reason why they were there and enabled Dr. Heim to explain their treatment needs to us. It was a great experience for our children and us. I was really bummed that I am too old to be a patient and that only my kids can be patients! I highly recommend Dr. Somer Heim (and Dr. Moody)!

She hit her tooth so hard from a fall it bled and turned grey. This office was able to work me into a quick appointment and was easy to work with for the payment. My daughter doesn't like to leave my side so they had to pick her up to take her back since adults aren't allowed in the back, but by the time they were done with her exam she was happy and asked when she would get to go back. Icing on the cake is that when I sat down to talk about her results, Dr. Heim put me at ease and got rid of my mom guilt.

I had a gut feeling that this wasn't right + their customer service was horrible!!! Every receptionist / xray tech / dental hygienist treated us like a number, not a patient!! I obviously decided to get a second opinion.... The new dentist said there is no way she would put 2 caps on those broken teeth, but unfortunately she found another cavity on a back molar.... They quoted me 900.00 out of pocket for 3 caps! My insurance is covering $2400.00.... Tell me what sense that makes?! That shows me pediatric dental didn't even try to run my dental insurance!! I would definitely get a second opinion before using this place.

Painters tape still on the wall and project not completed! Everything is dirty and run down. I am appalled a doctor recommended this place to me. This last time, I waited 40 minutes past our appointment time for my toddler to be seen. 40 minutes in a room without any fun things to distract him. That is insane. They have a TV in the room, but it's mounted well past the chair (like behind you when you sit in the chair) so you can't even see it. It's completely moronic.
