What a disappointment!!! I was hoping they might have made some improvements now that new management has been there awhile. Best positive- I was greeted as soon as I entered. I was their only customer during my entire visit. My soda was served via a can even though the have a fountain. Evidently it's only used to store ice. Serving sizes are small and didn't have much flavor. I ended up taking my food home and "doctoring" the flavor so I could eat it. Waitress was friendly but doesn't speak much English. I had to point out what I wanted on the menu. Save your money and do your taste buds a favor and go about a mile further down the highway and visit the other Thai restaurant, your stomach will love you. read more

We came here to order food to go on a Wednesday evening. The place is new and still being put together (booths are still being built). The part that was completed was clean and cutely decorated. We ordered quite a few dishes (including drinks). They asked us to pay for the bill first, and we did. A few minutes later, the cashier and owner came over to us apologizing because they charged our credit card for the wrong bill. So, they charged us for the correct bill and did not know how to refund us our money for the incorrect charge. We finally ended up telling them to give us the $50 in cash!!! This was ridiculous. We also had another mishap where I ordered a Thai iced coffee, paid for it, and 15 minutes later they tell me they do not have coffee. I'm only giving this establishment three stars because they were new, very apologetic, and the food was decent. read more

Being from CA, it's hard to find flavor outside of it. While visiting Bullhead/Laughlin, I stopped here and I am wildly impressed. Ordered Thai Tea, Coffee, Drunken Noodles, and Yellow curry. Not sure if this restaurant is Thai Basil or Bull Thai. Same menu so maybe just a recent name change. We really enjoyed our meal. We had a side salad, Pad Se Ew with tofu (no egg), and Yellow curry with tofu and steamed rice. We were too hungry to take pictures of our meal, but it was great. Service was great too. The owners are friendly and conscientious. The food is really appealing and tasty. I had chicken dinner and egg rolls. The egg rolls were the best I had ever eaten. They were flaxy and filled with vegetables. The dinner had my choice of spicy and noodles. The dinner portion provided a meal for two. I definitely recommend this restaurant. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Took a party of nine there for a birthday party. The waiter brings a bill for "my approval" that included a 15% gratuity. As many would assume, the "gratuity" in question would be a tip for the server on a large party. The total was $204 including the 15% gratuity. Thinking that was the case, I zeroed out the tip portion of the final bill that was submitted after my "approval". Additionally, we left an extra $20 on the table. No sooner did we exit the restaurant then the waiter approaches us on the sidewalk DEMANDING more money! I had to go back into the restaurant and struggle through the language barrier to finally deduce that the 15% is for the guy cooking the food and the server depends on the customer for his tip. One would assume and accept that the original %15 was for the waiter. After the waiter angrily explained to me that we are American and should know how this works! I had to explain to both of them what any American would assume. The waiter was still angry at the $20. Quite a scene that I have never experienced in any restaurant before including the 30 years I spent in the restaurant business myself. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. THE FOOD IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST AND THEY ABSOLUTELTY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING. As a side note, they cooked one item at a time. My food was delivered last easily 30 minutes after the first plate hit the table. Total failure. Zero stars for them. They won't make it long. read more

Recently this place closed briefly only to reopen with new ownership. We had high hopes but were greatly disappointed. Unfortunately, the food is just not good. The language barrier seems to be too much to help the new staff out. Sodas were served in cans but can clearly see a soda machine. Not a real deal breaker however. The server brought out a spicy seafood soup when a coconut seafood soup was ordered. It tasted sour so we asked for what was ordered originally. The soup was taken and returned only after pouring coconut juice in to the original soup. It just tasted like it was questionable. They brought out half full water glasses and never came back to refill them. When we tried to talk to them they just smiled and walked away like they did not understand. This place was once a good asian alternative but not any longer. Will not be going back and would not recommend you waste your time or money as the options are not only not good but are on the pricey side. What a shame they could not do a better job. read more
