Let me begin by stating that the atmosphere is wonderful and the service was great. +BBQ CHICKEN: -The presentation wasn't too impressive and it looked a little awkward sitting on top of iceberg lettuce, other then that I would give the presentation 3/5. - The taste was 4/5 the BBQ flavor and amount was really delicious and mostly juicy, there were very few dry pieces of chicken, but not enough to stop me from eating. Surprisingly enough the iceberg lettuce complemented the BBQ chicken by providing a fresh cook crunch aside from the Sweet BBQ/Fried rice, and the lettuce moisture created a small sauce that heavily complimented the fried rice. On first attempt at the rice I felt it was missing something but with the BBQ/iceberg concoction it was mouth watering. +The salad - can't say much other then their dressing is amazing, I didn't get more than one bite as my wife enjoyed my salad so much I let her have it. + The chicken rice soup - A great appetizer!!! Delicious and light, they brought it out quickly with the salad. +My wife's PAD THAI: - Presentation 4/5 (due to generous portion) - Taste, usually it's 5/5, and I rarely get to post a picture because it's so good I don't take the time to review it... today it was 2/5. It was missing that "omg it's so good I can't stop eating" aspect that it usually has.... something is different although upon asking they stated the recipe is consistent. My wife requested it to be remade and had the same outcome. She decided she didn't want it at all and ate some of my BBQ Chicken. We will be back to try the pad Thai again, we hope it's our 5/5 pad Thai, if it is we will beg them to ensure it stays that way. Love this Thai restaurant. Spicy beef salad is refreshing as well as spicy. Red curry is spicy and satisfying. Pad si iu is slightly sweet and very good. Thai fried rice is good. Spicy eggplant is perfectly cooked. Thai chili roasted duck is also very good with lots of basil. Dishes all come with choice of meat. They also have some sushi which is good as well. Cons are service can be slow and some dishes come out way sooner then others. Also I'm one of those people who enjoys very hot/spicy food and when asked for "Thai spicy" or "extra hot", it's not very hot as other Thai places are usually hotter. Ordered take out today for the first time. Food was good. Lunch portion was a bit smaller than I'm used to when I've ordered lunch at other thai restaurants. Service was sub par. Ordered over the phone, when I got there i entered through the take out side. Waited well over 10 minutes for someone to come greet me, although there was an employee sitting at one of the booths. Our wait time was around 15 minutes and when we were seated, it took awhile for our menus. No one asked for our drinks, as I wanted hot green tea. We had water, that's it. The crispy salad dish that I ordered was good but our service was not at all what my family and I expected. The waitress rushed us when taking our orders and did not check on us much to see if we needed anything. We were also seated in a back area of the restaurant away from the rest of the customers where a worker sat during their break.
