I'm partial to the pineapple curry that's available on Saturdays. They use fresh pineapple, no canned stuff here. The fresh rolls, spring rolls, fried rice and phad Thai are also very tasty. Everything is made to order and worth the wait if there's a line. I was beginning to think the TriCities would never get a decent Thai food place, but here we are! New food truck on Clearwater. They have an everyday menu in addition to a daily menu so about 6 entree options Tuesday thru Saturday. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken, 4 spicy on a 2 to 5 scale which was confusing, (2 is the minimum?) for $11. also the fried pork spring rolls, 4 for $5. Hefty portion as pad Thai usually is but it really didn't look very appetizing. Lots of noodles, some sprouts and chicken and a tiny bit of egg with some crushed peanuts on the side. It was entirely one color and looked sloppy, all with a brownish lime. I tried to think of what was missing; I like pad Thai, what is this? The flavor I would say was alright, a little dry. I liked the spiciness of it just fine and I'm glad I asked for a four and that's what I got. Sometimes the scale doesn't work the way you expect. Spring rolls were meh, good and crunchy, not greasy but not great on their own without the dipping sauce. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Really wanted this place to be a new Thai option for me. Sadly, was very disappointed in pad Thai. The noodles were greasy. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. I won't knock them for not having any garnishes. Not a huge deal. The flavor was good. Nothing amazing, but good. The lady working was super friendly and nice. Got the drunken noodles for lunch today and they were delicious! The portion was great and enough for leftovers, chicken was moist and tender. I got the spice level #2 and it was perfect #3 would have been too spicy. I can't wait to try their other dishes! read more

The menu varies a little each day. Everything we've tried tastes delicious. My husband and I love the salad rolls with the peanut sauce. Almost every main dish offers a choice of meats. You can order on line or on the phone. The owners work so hard and are great cooks! read more
