Don't get me wrong, the pho tastes good. If you've never had pho before, you would like what you eat. But compared to so many other pho places, its sub-par. The pho broth and noodles are fine, and the brisket is pretty good but the steak in the pho is extremely chewy and not the best quality. You also only get like 7 pieces of meat in the pho. Not to mention it doesn't even have onions. What kind of pho doesn't have onions? The nail in the coffin was the price. Almost 17 dollars for an extremely sub-par pho that doesnt even include onions is criminal. The inside was fine, very plain but clean. It looked very old. The service was good, and the food came out extremely quickly which was nice. Overall, not the best pho place by a longshot and you might be better off trying someplace else. read more

I ordered Vietnamese, coffee, salad rolls, and pho . Salad rolls were literally nothing but tough chewy salad, and the peanut sauce that tasted like it came out of a can. their pho broth that has zero flavor, hadn't been skimmed correctly, 6-7 total slices of extremely tough chewy beef..... even the veggies were virtually devoid of any flavor. No star anise, not even a hint of the classic and utterly necessary flavors. The iced coffee was the only thing I'm confident will not make me sick to first, and it was mostly sugar with nowhere near the regular coffee, ratios are all wrong. Don't waste your time or money, the service isn't even good. The teenage boy was pre concerned with NCAA Women's gymnastics than taking care of the customer, and I was the only one there. The ambiance is simple but clean! Real pictures of dishes on the wall! I like that! I add sriracha, soy, hoisin, and fish sauce and a splash of chili oil. I noticed I had to request cilantro and sliced onion if I wanted it. BUT it's still not an issue they also offer glass or clear noodles how ever you prefer to lingo these are angel hair thin. I love finding all the soup spots when I decide to take solo road trips. My fam isn't as big of a fan of pho but my soul is partially made up of it. I love these restaurants. They are family owned and operated with love and you can honestly tell that through the bone broth. I can say I am an expert in this field - if you could filter my food photos into the ones featuring pho you would see. This spot was great. Smells of heaven as you walk in. The bustle of a busy workweek, but I was seated right away and that was helpful. I ordered the beef pho and it was hot and flavorful and everything worked well together as far as ingredients. I really like the cuisine of southeast Asia and so after reading the Health Dept. inspection reports in the TCH and seeing that this little place had received a perfect score I decided to check it out. Took adult grandson to lunch there yesterday and what pleasant surprise it was. No fancy decorations or furniture, but everything in very good condition and the whole place obviously very clean. But the best part of course was the food and service. We both had stir fry. It was terrific! Everything was very fresh and perfectly cooked. Will be going back soon and often after that. read more

This spot for pho is good. The egg rolls and spring rolls were good. All the flavors how Lao people make pho. Not bad at all. ProTip: if your real hungry get the biggest bowl there. But I would say regular will do the job as well. read more

Pad Thai all day! Although my daughter's go-to is prepetually the beef pho, we've been thankfully enjoying their food since they only had the first part of the restaurant available. Now it's enlarged to both sides which is lovely and bright! The lady who takes our food order is a welcoming and funny woman, she helps make my daughter feel encouraged to place her own order for herself and say what she likes and doesn't like with her order. Six years later and now she's not so little anymore and thinks she owns the place! Not sure if the guy we see bringing out our food is her husband, but he's surely grinning and seeing what else he can do to bring us anything we might need. Seated you'll see thai doctors, American youth, mommies, adults, silly people, quiet people and everything in between. Happy to have this restaurant in our midst run by smiling and open people. read more

The food is good, but they are not organized or fast, and the portions are so small. They don't know up from and down, and it takes at least 45mins to get your food. It doesn't matter if it's pho or fried rice. read more

My new go-to for reasonably priced Thai and Vietnamese food that is consistently good. And the owner is so nice and always in a good mood which is a treat in itself. I've ordered the green curry twice, and have not been disappointed and pleased with how healthy it was. He adds lots of green beans and bamboo shoots, which are both excellent for you. I asked for added pineapple and he did for no extra charge. The cost was about $14.50 and I had enough for two delicious meals. He is not stingy with portion sizes or the amount of meat he uses. The building is very clean, typically not too busy, and your meal is ready in 10 minutes. Would recommend. read more

The first time I came with a southeast Asian friend who is also a really good cook and wanted to treat me to lunch. We arrived between 11-11:30 on a weekday, but it wasn't that busy. Her criteria for choosing this place was: it's clean, the food is very good, and she's friendly with the owners/staff. It was after all, very clean. The space is not fancy but accommodating. The prices are reasonable. I conservatively ordered the beef pho. She ordered pho for herself and crab rangoons, spring rolls, papaya salad, beef and and sticky rice to share. The food came out really fast! It was very nicely presented too. It came with *fresh* Thai basil, lime, and bean sprouts. It was a big bowl and I ate it ALL! Everything was SO yummy and tasty! I was pretty happy and satisfied the rest of the day. The next time I came on a Friday nite date with my husband. We arrived around 5:30 pm. There were about 3 parties, but not very busy. We had a different server. I ordered the pho and spring rolls. My husband ordered the pork(?) pad thai. We were served our food quickly. The spring rolls were good but warm. More patrons arrived and the restaurant and started to fill in. I enjoyed my pho, but my husband said his pad thai was alright and felt his portion size was okay (he says that a lot though). I felt the service and food was better the first time I came. However, this is probably my favorite place so far in the Tri-cities and I'm definitely up for another visit! read more

I've been here 3 times. The 3rd time I was basically turned away. The person who came up to take my to go order just started shaking his head at me saying they were too short. The vegetarian Pho was pretty good but seemed to be lacking a certain ingredient as it didn't quite taste the same as most phos I have had in the past. Because of the last visit I just left and actually found another place that had Pho that was closer to home and was $10 cheaper for two orders of vegetarian pho and had the missing ingredient that was missing from this location. I used to love it here.. pho is now on the skimpier side.. smaller portions than before. The man serving us seemed very overwhelmed and rude. I think he was flustered. The thing that really didn't sit well with me was a rather small issue. My husband ordered a combination XL pho, but when the guy brought it out he said it was a beef & brisket, we politely told him he had ordered a combo one.. ha said "no, beef and brisket" we said ok it's fine just leave that one. So we eat and when we go up to pay he says we have a combination one, because that's what he wrote on the ticket. ok.. YES we tried to tell you that when you brought us the incorrect bowl! So he says " you ordered combination so you pay combination price" I said ok, that is fine.. I will just pay it even though that is not what you served us.. Went in to get takeout. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my food. Was not impressed. I asked the lady if she could find out how long until it would be ready and it took her almost 5 minutes to give me an answer. I got home and ate and was not impressed.. all in all I was not impressed at all. The beef and chicken pho was not bad but I've had better. read more

Everytime I come here the servers be attentive. I always get some kind of pho my favorite is the beef/brisket pho. Plenty of broth and meat. I usually like a lot more lime in mine so I have to ask for extra. It usually ends up being 2 extra slices for .50 but whatever I like this place this is my go to pho spot in Kennewick read more

This used to be one of my favorite pho restaurants in the Tri-Cities. However, a new server/hostess has changed that due to her poor health-related behavior. First, she filled (and refilled) water glasses from a water pitcher, letting the spout of the water pitcher touch all of the glasses. Second, she bussed a table without gloves, picking up utensils by the tines of the fork or bowl of spoon, picking up used napkins, and picking up glasses by their rims. Without washing her hands, she then retrieved a new to-go box for a customer, handled the payment of the bill, and proceeded to restock soup spoons and chopsticks--holding the soup spoons by their bowls. read more

This is my new favorite place for Pho. I have gone for years. Prices are decent. There is usually no wait. Food never disappoints.

Not the best, not the worst. We got veggie pho, fresh spring rolls and boba. The pho was decent, but different than what I'm used to, spring rolls were good but a bit stingy with the peanut sauce, and the boba was pretty icy (not as blended as we hoped). Great pho. Pho is sort of all the same, but some broth's are more flavorful than others. This one seems more beefy than others I have had. The portion, still what I consider large, is slightly smaller than others. I think the bowl are slightly smaller. They do; however, have an extra-large bowl you can order.
