Great service. My back was in a bad place and Linda was able to get me back on my feet and feeling normal again.

This is my go to spa! Linda is the best and the other therapists are also good. I can usually get in same day which helps me a lot!

This was a great cheap massage!! The ambiance was a little lacking, but if you just want a massage and not the fancy stuff this is great.

At one point she was working on his arm and started massage the table. Unfortunately he didn't tell me this until after I paid and we were in the car. I went back in tov complain to the "owner" she just yelled at the lady (not in english) and told me that next time he will get a different person. I told her that we paid a lot of money for a bad massage and we will not be coming back. She just shrugged. Didn't offer money back or anything to make up for it. We will NOT go back there.

I sent this email, called, went in person to talk with owner with no result... so here goes:…read more Hello, My name is XXXXXX, and I spoke to you on the phone regarding the unprofessional and unacceptable experience I had yesterday. I have been to your "spa" about a dozen times. I usually enjoy the massage, but I have never enjoyed the experience. It is always loud, door bells, people talking in the foyer or on the phone, and employees talking loud in the hallway. Many times my massage therapists have left the room, or opened the door to talk to other employees. I have twice left positive reviews because of the massage results only. Out of kindness and wanting to support a small business, I did not complain about the noise. I stopped going because it was NEVER a spa experience (meaning quiet, relaxing, and pampering). For the same cost, I can get both a good massage, and a relaxing experience. You are close to my house, and do not need appointments so I decided to give you another try yesterday. You were unloading supplies from a van when I arrived and I decided to wait until you were done before entering, thinking it would be quieter if you were done with that task. This time I brought headphones to drown out any noise, but I could not get them to work. I asked for a 90 minute massage and was put with Coco. I was rushed into a room. A man also started his massage across the hall around the same time. My massage start3ed around 945. The door was left ajar by Coco and that is uncomfortable when I am nearly naked and a man is across the hall. Shortly after the massage began I heard the door bell and a man asking for a massage. I am not sure if he was in a room or not, but suddenly female employees started yelling in the hallway right outside the doors between me and the man across the hall. This went on for several minutes. Coco opened the door and yelled at the women. She closed the door and the yelling continued. Coco yelled again this time while she was massaging me and right above my head. I jumped. The yelling continued. Coco opened the door a second time and yelled. Their shouting continued again. Finally I yelled "Hey, I am trying to relax in here!!!!!" and they went back into the back room and after a few minutes quieted down. Coco was clearly stressed asking dozens of times if I liked the massage. I never relaxed the entire time. I called you and shared my complaints. I should not have had to pay for that experience, yet I was charged full price. I wanted to tip Coco, and that is all it should have been. I am asking for you to credit the cost of massage. The tip can stay. If you will not do that, I will edit both my previous reviews, and add this email to a third. As much as I want to support a small business, I will not feel right by sending anyone else there. This needs to be addressed. I expect a "wellness spa" to be exactly that... a spa. Please call me and let me know how we can process a credit or otherwise resolve this issue.

So I purchased my groupon before reading the review, needless to say I was immediately bummed out…read morereading the reviews and began debating with myself "do I risk having a massage that will make me feel worse or do I bail on the $40 I just spent" after deciding not to waste money I made an appointment. I was very nervous getting there but forced myself to stay positive, and jumped up on the table. Keeping in mind there are multiple therapist, I can admit my massage was not something to write home about, but it also was not terrible. I could tell she was newer and I feel like after she gets her routine and comfortability down she will do well. As a massage therapist of 9 years I do have to say using elbows is a must, but you also you need to know when hands are necessary, the pressure could have been deeper, I don't feel incredibly better because I require a lot of tp work and deep tissue, but for someone who doesn't it would have been much better!

I've been to many massage places and this is the worst!…read moreAccording to the Bio, most of the therapists are newly graduates. Their rooms look like clinic rooms. It felt like I was in my doctors office. The lights were on the whole time. There was nothing relaxing about the atmosphere. The massage table head rest did not look sanitized. My poor skin must have rubbed against all the oils from people's faces. The therapist rubbed cheap lotion throughout my body. She rushed on my legs and arms. My arms received only 20 seconds of massage! Worst of all, she pulled my neck really hard. Who does that in a Swedish massage???? I have ringings in my ear now. If anything happens to me. I'm suing!!!!!!!! The ladies at the front desk had the nerve to even ask me how much to tip in front of the therapist! That's just rude. Tipping should be made privately. DO NOT GO THERE! There's a reason why there's a Groupon for this place! It's sucks! No customers would want to return!

It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.
