Purchased a bedframe and mattress from this company. From the very beginning, there was nothing…read morebut issue after issue. The website stated I could make an appointment and go in to view items before purchasing. I was denied this ability. My items were late to arrive. I was charged extra to deliver the mattress, and we had to go from Chatham to Windsor to get the frame ourselves. Then the frame was horribly cheap and the slats kept popping out. For an additional charge, they "allowed" me to pick out a new frame, again without being able to see it first. This one was also absolutely not what I informed the person helping me was required. Guess what? It broke because the bloody thing was only glued together, not properly fastened. I have now been informed that all they can do is order a replacement part, which will not make this bed usable at all. I will absolutely never do any type of business with this company again, and will give anyone who asks me my honest opinion of the company and the cheap products they sell.
