I spoke with Jason Holley on the phone to extent and he genuinely listened to me, asked questions, and clearly understood my strategies with the case law and legal codes I provided. What I actually liked was the authenticity in his tone. Sound weird, shouldn't, I've have been an LMFT for 15 years in California. I drove an hour and arrived at 12:55 pm for a 1 pm, staff didn't look up or smile, they took payment and told me they were finishing lunch. 15ish minutes later they took my organized very thin binder to review (my strategies with the supporting case law and legal codes). Thanh's husband paid me a compliment "loveliest dressed woman to visit the office." 10ish minutes later I was brought back, and I was before Thanh, and father and son Holley. 30ish minutes late for our $300 dollar appointment that I had driven an hour for she to instantly went into why they wouldn't take my case. Jason asked no questions, kept his dad, and had no feedback to offer. His dad had a few questions that I could not finish because she would interrupt and when I would turn to answer he would stare at me with his nose up and mouth open. Things Thanh said: 1. Here is your problem 2. Here is what this means - pointing to information I gave to her as if I don't already know what it means. 3. Here is what you need to do, I explained many times over why it wasn't an option to do. 4. I hope you don't think I am being mean 5.We don't want you to get taken advantage of by another lawyer 6. I'm sorry we would be taking advantage if we took your money knowing we can't win 6. I'm sorry but you're stuck in Solano County If she can't win a case with an official transcript reading Judge Janice Williams and Minors Council Anthony Regner-Proffitt and Sara Russo in Solano County create the fictious "de facto law." Don't look for it because it doesn't exist. She also viewed two emails in which Regner-Proffitt states, "the kids should have never been placed in a third-party home, and it caused your children more harm."; and the written request for help from my 11- and 13-year-old. She read that and more and didn't want to take advantage of me. If she can't win that or wouldn't even, try to help innocent children how is this woman a lawyer. When you walk in the office the sign on the wall reads "Injustice Somewhere is Injustice Everywhere. She must not know that includes inside her conference room. She was unprofessional, dismissive, patronizing and badly "dressed". When I said she is speaking without reading the very thin binder 30 minutes late she and Jason sped red threw it while his dad asked questions, and she interrupted to give the same "I can't win this case.". Like I said, if you can't win a case from a very thin binder with facts like that then you have no business passing the bar. She dismissed me, refunded my $300 and brought the next maybe client back at 2 pm. She charges $7500 to file a restraining order and it seemed, she is only willing to take easy cases with quick restraining orders and not a "could win" a case that wins itself in very thin binder. FYI $7500 seems to be the going rate after calling around. If you would like to learn the specifics of my kid's trauma, the trauma Regner-Proffitt acknowledged that he and Judge Janice Williams and Sara Russo caused my children call me at 530.405.6590. If you're lawyer that enjoys being right, challenging lawyers and judges that break the law, and essentially becoming the newest famous lawyer overnight you have my number. My case crumbles the California Judicial System and brings grass root changes. First is to dissolve Minors Counsel all together, did you know they have one hundred percent control over children and that breaks several of your Civil Rights and those of my children. Then stop judges from legally kidnapping and trafficking our children when it does not meet the legal standard to do so. Rember, easy case she should be sufficient once you get past her Narcistic arrogance and insensitivity. If you case is complex "she can't win in." read more

I hired Ms. Thanh Foxx for my divorce case in 2024 and had a very bad experience after a year working with her. First off, she only uses Yahoo email to communicate with me and has no official business email. Also she is not very responsive, it normally take her a few days before she reply to my email and her reply is very blunt and short without much detail or explanation. Secondly, she didn't even register with court clerk as my official attorney under my court case but only working on the side unofficially. Thirdly, she has a very bad attitude toward either her way or the highway. She has no empathy or even try to understand client's perspective. Any time I question her approach, to get more clarification, she gets all upset and told me that I am interfering with her work. Another issue was that in our contract, we both agreed a flat fee up to the trial date, and when I requested to deposit my retainer in a trust account, she told me if I wanted to do that, then she would have to charge me by the hour instead. Since I wanted to pay a flat fee, that leaves me no choice but have to deposit into her own account. The main issue was that, after I paid 100% (10K) into the retainer, and gathered all the required documents and proofs needed for her to do a settlement call to avoid the trial. Unfortunately, we couldn't get agreement during our settlement call. I asked her if we could use all the documents and proofs from the settlement to proceed with a trial to close my case without going through a lengthy discovery. She was kinda upset at me and said she must do a discovery in order to proceed with a trial. I had to go along and agree for her to do a discovery. Yet after getting back all the discovery result requests from the opposite counsel. I asked her to help review, she said I need to sign a new contract and have to deposit a new 10K for her to continue. I show her the previous contract did show my flat fee also cover any required discovery. She didn't agree and file a motion in court to release herself from my case and lelf me hanging in the middle of the discovery process that she started. Sorry for a very long review, but I hope it could help the next client to be aware and avoid falling into the same situation being left hanging in the middle of the case by this unprofessional and irresponsible attorney. read more

I was at 'wits end', worried, confused, beaten down and quite frankly, lost! It seemed that no one in this world would be able to help me with my child custody situation! Several attorney's I visited told me that my 'case' was unwinnable and yet others simply took my money and seemed to made things even worse!! I wanted to simply give up and go curl up in a little ball somewhere! But, that is not an option when it comes to my children!! Then a friend suggested that I visit Attorney Thanh Truong Foxx!
