Hi Good people, great experience with Ms Sarah Licha over the phone, it was a case that just wasn't in their description, BUT fortunately I got this number from a good person who said call em! I was fortunate to get her when I had called in off a reference given, Sarah who was kind ( UNLIKE many other law firms who simply hang up on you if its not of value or hearing you out ), Sarah was patient, you could see - feel her smile and empathy as she had said she couldn't help at this particular time. Sarah gave me a couple references, sorry I digress, although my case presented and or whom could help, within the Moseley Collins Firm, unfortunately it was not their specialty, to retain counsel for a disabled man, Veteran MOS US ARMY MEDIC, in myself, find the right counsel for my unique case of personal injury, civil rights violated, medical malpractice, HIPAA violations doxxing my medical information in public setting for all to hear, blatant abuse of a patient on a BARIATRIC gurney AND after I complained to " regional management " the potential defendant CALLED to admit they committed these acts, which led to a Back Surgery not previously even discussed or scheduled for that body part injured, but with zero argument from me, I excepted the phone rejection with professionalism, and we chatted briefly and gave me her time, but still left me needing Counsel stat, but because of Sarah's kindness, and we had a chuckle or two about life overall:) . After I hung up, I still had hope, prayer actually that someone would call back and or hear me out, and it just so happened yesterday, Friday at 430pm of all times before the weekend, i got 2 return calls from two top tier firms, at least passing this on to their respective lead counsel to set up a phone consultation. My name is Dr. Bryan K. Hickman. I recently had an experience and UC Davis Medical Center. This experience was horrible and horrific. I was treated like The grandfather clause no longer existed. 3/5 of a human being. From the nurses throughout the entire hospital I was not treated like a human being. During this time I had huge amount of blood coming out of my rectum. And no one at the hospital cared. They laughed profusely throughout the day I checked in and the day I left. In fact I was almost rejected surgery until I complained strongly. And said that I would propose a lawsuit against them for medical malpractice. Day of my surgery the doctor that does the colonoscopy decided make jokes about blood coming out of my rectum during the emergency room visit. He laughed pursuely." Heard you had problems in the emergency room. Ha ha ha ha was it really that bad ha ha ha ha." I didn't think it was funny. Here I am bleeding out my rectum and hear this doctor is laughing at my potential death. However his peers all four of them they were there to help him with surgery did not intervene in my behalf. They all said I live by and watch him laugh. again I didn't see what was funny. During my visit, I called my nephrologist. Dr. John Morfin. Told him my encounter. He was shocked and At the lack of professionalism for the colonoscopy department UC Davis Medical Center Sacramento California. So now. I am filing a medical malpractice suit against this hospital. For my PTSD that I suffer and my lack of medical supervision while I was in the hospital not only to mention the endless amount of blood that can Out of my rectum. I was looking for an attorney to assist me with a question that I had about kaiser Permanente in Oakland California. Bart returned my call and identified himself as a legal intake staff. He has a calm demeanor and listened patiently to my long summary of events regarding the mishandling of my father's care by a well-known provider/hospital. Once in a while he gave an understanding remark which tells me he was actively listening. After, Bart explained the lawyer's perspective of the case including the risks and challenges. Although the firm couldn't take the case, he stated he will email me resources to allow me to go forward. I'm glad I had the opportunity to speak with Bart. Hi, I had been trying to locate an attorney to represent me in a malpractice case, that to me seemed pretty black and white, easy to understand the wrongful judgement, on my visit to the ER, this summer, but no one would take on my case!.
