The owner makes a 7:30 am drop off specially for cats so they are not stressed about dogs. Which is thoughtful. She has a gate on her porch to prevent dogs from running out the door into the parking lot or street. Very good idea. I brought my cat there just recently, and had him shaved. I neglected grooming- sorry. They did an awesome job. Did EXACTLY what I wanted. Lickety-split in under 30 minutes. Without a single nick. Bailey, the feisty cat, is so happy to be rid of his mats. Anyway, I'll definitely bring him in on a regular basis to prevent mats from coming. Highly recommend Bark of the Town.

I have a bichon frise who needs regular grooming and absolutely hates going to the groomers. It's always a heartbreak when I drop her off. Liz is usually the person that grooms my dog, but once Amanda did and both did a fantastic job. What I love about Liz is that she's extremely caring. She's super understanding of my dogs anxiety and my concern of her anxiety when I drop her off. She has even suggested specific dates for when it's best to take her in (quieter dates) so that my dog doesn't get too stressed. She always gives me an estimate of when she'll be ready and the one time she wasn't, she called to let me know. In all, she great!

I said short and not shaved to the skin. 3 months ago a terrific job was done and he was matted then. He has curly hair. I should have been called if you couldn't do the job. Now Tony freezes and he's traumatized. His collar was broken so he must have been held too tightly and maybe tried to move away from the shaver. He looks terrible. The pictures tell the story. There's no excuse for this. There's no excuse for no manager or supervisor at the store. There's no was to call. It goes straight to voicemail. I'm devastate. This is a purebred 100% Maltese. You can't fix this. You can't fix his depressio. Dogs understand change like this. He can't go out and freezes in the house. He lies in the sun. If you couldn't groom him then you should have called me. I could have taken him somewhere else.

The best part is that the bath took about 35 minutes with a blow dry. My old groomer had my dog from 10-2 and my dog would air dry in a kennel.
