SHE RECOMMENDED a refund as the energy was way off and we were unhappy with her unprofessionalism. She knows very well we were under the impression we were being refunded $400. She tricked us and text us on our way home she was keeping the $160 deposit. The way she did this really left a bad taste in my mouth, complete trickery! Since when do photographers keep the deposit when they're the ones who falter on the contract? She caused a lot of stress for my family, a day I truly will never forget and money wasted!!! True story!!!!!
