Bouquet not at all worth the money. Grocery store bouquet wouldve been just as fresh and impressive at a quarter of the cost.

Too bad there's no half or quarter stars / I went in on May.27th, 2021 to order a Bouquet for my Daughter's Graduation / There was a sign on the front door that requested you to knock loudly, which I saw, as I was opening the unlocked door / The young Gal behind the counter invited me to enter and I then ordered an arrangement for $30.00 / She excused herself and went through a door behind the counter and closed it behind her / I was left alone to browse the store and while near the front door, I saw a note on a shelf that read, "Bingo card are sold out" and beside that was a clear plastic bag with about a 1-1/4" thick, stack of cash! / I picked it up, went to the closed door, knocked, and an older Gal opened it and immediately said, "She's in the cooler and will be right out" / I help up the bag of loot for her to see, which I estimated to be about 3-4 hundred dollars and said, " I don't think you want to leave this unattended at the front door" / She curtly replied, "Oh, that's the Bingo Money", turned away and closed the door / If she said anything else, I didn't hear it / A moment later, the young Gal came through the door to the counter with the Bouquet that I ordered and I asked her if she got in shit for leaving the money unattended and she said no / I asked if the Woman was her Mom and she said no ( I was testing the waters) / I then said, "Well, she sure as hell wasn't very appreciative and didn't even bother to even say thanks" / She replied that she was really busy and she thanked me on her behalf / A little miffed, I said, "Well, under the circumstances and that I may have saved you about 400 bucks, how about we make it 30 bucks including Taxes, today?" / She stopped wrapping up the Bouquet and (get this) said, "Okay, I'll be right back, I have to take one Flower out" / Sorry everyone, but I always speak and write the truth, I replied, "You have to be f****** kidding me?" and I turned and left / It's far from the first time I've been to this shop as I live very close by but I can tell you (and that unappreciative Woman) that it will be my last visit there / I've already told at least 10 of my Freinds and they couldn't believe what happened and I'm confident that they won't be rushing there anytime soon / I went to "that other Flower Shop" in Safeway, purchased a beautiful Bouquet for 10 bucks less and everyone there was focused on their Jobs AND courteous Customer Service / I am NOT a thief, but I can't say the same for whoever else may have come in after me, so whatever contribution the pile of cash was intended for, you're welcome / See you again, never / read more

I ordered a sympathy arrangement, and was called, 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered, that they couldn't do an arrangement at that time but they could do a bouquet, so I understood and allowed it, no mention of substitution of flowers or reduction in price. My cousin sent me a picture of the bouquet and it really had none of the flowers I had paid for (glads, large lilies, gerbera daisies) It looked like a bouquet of mums, not even close to what I ordered. Paid $129 with delivery (that was 2 days late), for a bouquet that cost $30-40 at Safeway. Tried contacting through their 'contact us' page and they will not get back to me. read more

My eighty dollar dozen roses I got for my anniversary were discoloured and drooping within three days. They don't buy good quality flowers. They looked great to start . I tried again when my mom went in to the hospital. I looked after them, putting in fresh water, cutting the stems back adding flower fresh, again they only lasted half the time that my other bouquets have. read more

The lovely lady I spoke to walked me through the whole process, created a very nice arrangement (and texted me a picture of it so I knew what I was sending), and had it delivered - all within a few hours.
