As a person that has not only received but sent flowers, I would like to really know what the other side has received and if they are really happy, realistically, no one is ever going to complain about my nice gesture and I would assume everything is well and be happy with my purchase, but being on the receiving end I would not order from this place for delivery to anyone as I do not trust the quality of the arrangements being sent as well sending someone who is cranky to deliver them. As most arrangements are sent out of sorrow or love, it is not a good feeling for anyone receiving those arrangements from some one who is just going to bring the mood down at delivery.
