He was very knowledgeable and efficient and straight forward and timely. Cost was very reasonable. Our unit needed a part which was ordered and placed in exactly when he said he would be back. He was able to get us up and running with cool air quickly on his first initial visit. We had called 2 of the well name HVAC places in our area prior and one was closed for the holiday (4th of July) holiday and the other one couldn't get us in until almost 2 weeks unless we paid emergency prices and it would still be a couple days at least. Their estimate also came in among the lowest and it was the most detailed explanation of what they would be doing. During the process they kept me appraised regularly and clearly about the many changes ( Not their fault - the guy who DIY-ed the electric in our house was clearly inept) Everyone who came to the house over the three week process to get everything repaired was polite and helpful. They definitely made dealing with a stressful situation manageable and the guarantee on their work gives me piece of mind. Highly recommended if you need Electric work! (BTW - The only negative review I can find is about a single driver, and not about the companies electric work. If you are fortunate enough to be in his service area, you are in good hands. Great communication: texted when he was on the way and expected to arrive. When Steve got here, he opened the electrical panel to install the new breaker and discovered mice had chewed some of the wires. He replaced and repaired everything needed for that as well. Could not be happier with his work. He worked fast and went above and beyond. And the price was very reasonable for everything done. Invoice clearly showed costs for all materials used and labor. By the next morning he gave me an estimate and explained that the age of my furnace probably needed replacing. His evaluation was similar to a commercial heating company, although much more affordable, and he was more than willing to perform the service that day. He did the evaluation Monday night and by Tuesday night. I had a new furnace with warranty and my house was warm. He and his coworker were extremely proficient, efficient, kind and courteous, and they completed the installation. They hauled out the old furnace, and cleaned up after themselves. I would give 10 stars if able. (Terry also confirmed that he wasn't able to get replacement parts for my 18yo furnace, from any other suppliers. Plus the fact that my old furnace life expectancy was 15-20 years. ).
