I was told that they had to bypass a defrost board to get the air to work and they would order the part to fix it.. 2 months after the initial install they finally came back to replace it- then I was told I owed another almost $400. I was never told about the additional cost .. the lack of communication from this company is ridiculous.. I hate leaving bad reviews on places but this has been a terrible experience

The…read moretechnician arrived promptly on time (as per 2 hour window and phone call 15 minutes before arriving). He was courteous and respectful of property. He took the time to thoroughly clean the outside unit (which was fairly dirty). Inspected inside unit and outside. Gave both a written explanation and verbal of findings. Would definitely recommend this service.
