We bought a load of HD liquidation...they sold the load weeks before it was actually available,so they had our cash for 3 weeks before we could even try turn into cash and get any kind of ROI. Refused to issue a refund, 3 weeks later decide to ship and demand when we receive the load. 1 star is VERY VERY generous. I am 100% certain the load will be trash based on how they do business. Likely won't even show up when scheduled. Buying from them is almost as bad as just throwing your money away. read more

Wish we could leave zero stars. We decided to try That Liquidation Place LLC as a first time buyer after one of their sales representatives persistently pursued our buisness with their company, we were promised a truckload of outdoor power equipment with a retail ranging anywhere from $70K upwards to $110K in merchandise, instead we recieve a truckload of junk and heavily used and damaged goods leaking oil, gasoline, and grass clumps, out of the 26 pallets ordered only 24 showed up and only 8 of the total pallets had anything half decent for possible resale. Their resolution center is nothing more than a joke and of course That Liquidation Place takes ZERO blame for how the truckload shows up. Note: the company will sell you on goods that they never see first hand as the trucks are loaded from different distributors around the country, So we are out thousands with no resolution in sight. o it's pretty hard to tell a client that there could be a certain dollar amount on a truckload when the company you are purchasing the good from doesn't even see it. Bought a pallet from here via a friend and was impressed so I decided to go buy a few more and decided to buy a whole truck load (29 pallets), what a rollercoaster ride it has been. Starting with a late delivery of merchandise, missing merchandise, all the way to being accused of being a theft. Our load was missing several high end items and the sellers response was "How trustworthy was the guy who picked up (Me) instead of trying to come to a resolution. Seller continued to respond to other known parties questioning my trust and not once has ever reached out to me (buyer). Poor customer service, untrustworthy, bad communicator and again untrustworthy. Would not ever think about purchasing from Seller again, currently seeking other alternative to resolve this issue other than through the seller. read more
