My responsibilities included buildings teams that worked together as well as train a manager to take the lead the team after I went to my next assignment. This manager desperately needs some he immediately. I never spoke to a customer or any team member under my management like I was treated by this man. I did remind him that I was the customer in this case and how he should be handling the issue at hand. He didn't want to hear it, just wanted to continue to raise his voice and say inappropriate things. I hope someone will give him the training he so desperately needs.
