So knowing this I went ahead ad purchased it. well the sectional was delivered and during the delivery I noticed the Ottoman was broken. So the drivers took a pic of it and said that I'll most likely get a replacement. Well now apparently there is nothing that can do about the ottoman. They are telling me that this was a closeout purchase which means the couch is sold as is EVEN BROKEN, oh and get this I CANT GET THE WARRANTY EITHER.. So I was basically tricked into buying this ottoman and they wont even take it back or make the situation right.

Starting this off, I will say my review is going from a low score to a high 4. We were delivered a…read moremattress which did not initially match what I ordered in the showroom. When I first ordered/visited the showroom on SPID, the salesman was very helpful, informative and patient. Let me check out any mattress I might be interested in, made suggestions based on feedback from me. Again, the wrong (extremely firm) mattress arrived and it wasn't until it was on the frame and we were able to sleep on it that it was clearly not going to be the mattress "of our dreams." Pun intended. I let my personal frustration get the best of me and basically made a stink about the situation (hence the reason this started as a low score), but Mr. Cantwell contacted me and refunded the cost of the mattress immediately. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the product before accepting payment. We made arrangement for a new mattress to be delivered with the proper top layer which matched what I ordered (and WAS ordered according to the receipt) and the new mattress was delivered. It's going to be a long-term relationship with this one. We can immediately tell the difference. Exactly what we wanted. Thank you, Curtis. Happy customer.
