Although I shared my past results, I was told by Fairy that IPL can't remove dark spots or freckles, which contradicts both my experience and widely available information about the treatment. After the session, I didn't experience any of the typical post-treatment reactions, such as redness, and I saw no results in the weeks that followed. Overall, this felt like a combination of outdated equipment and limited experience with delivering effective IPL results. I wouldn't recommend this spa for IPL.

I gave her my laundry list of concerns and history with Botox and fillers and even though the office was super busy today, she was patient, a great listener, explained everything in great detail, and made me feel comfortable. She is 100% real with you and if she feels that you will not benefit from an injection for a particular problem she will let you know. One of my biggest problems I wanted to address was my eye troughs, and she explained the different causes of under eye discoloration and how I would not benefit from filler since my issue was not due to volume loss. She provided me advice on alternative solutions like Vitamin C. I was able to get the Botox in areas she felt would provide the greatest benefit / bang for my buck AND explained her injection placement. She did not want me to lose my natural high eyebrow arch :) Overall, the staff is very nice, the office has such a gorgeous view, Gina is fantastic, and I highly recommend this team for your glow up needs!

My freckles sloughed off and the capillaries in my face have lightened significantly. This is a no frills laser spa, but the price is fair for what you get. IPL sessions are fast, but again, no frills. Personally, I don't do them for a heated flower and water filled pillow, spa towel wrap, soothing music, scented air and dim lighting. Those things are nice, but I want results. Holly gives me great results. Not having all of the froo froo stuff, but paying less than places that do? Works for me! Hollly's experienced and very knowledgeable. My results were better here than at Ann Webb spa, if that tells you anything. They also offer a variety of other services, like injectables, cool sculpting, yag, etc. Be sure to request Holly and you won't be disappointed. One more thing, the salon can be hard to find at first. It's on the second level of the shopping plaza, next to a tattoo shop.

I am black and had my previous 5 treatments with a revolving door of technicians so perhaps that lack of continuity on the business end contributed to my current situation. I go on holiday in a few days and will be out there looking crazy with my scarred face. If you're a person of color I strongly suggest that you find a technician who has a similar skin tone as they will probably be more attentive to your skin's needs and limits. See photo.
