I got to chat with Samantha about the products , she was very knowledgeable and eager to help. My facial was.l dine on the esthetician side with Abby who again was knowledgeable , she gave a great facial while providing honest feedback /tips and tricks for use of their products (which I already have at home) , her pressure for the scalp and shoulder massage was perfect. Afterwards I was checked out Ashley at the front. We chatted about the services they provide and the new membership program which gives you 55$ facials once a month and 10% off products (there was a 2x a month deal too, but I forgot the pricing) both are a really good deal- in addition the funds rollover every month if not used and can also be used towards different services & never expire. Update: I have been a regular client at Ann Web Skin Clinic, and while I appreciate their therapists' work, my last two experiences have been quite disappointing. During my last facial, I was offered an add-on dermaplaning service for $25, which I agreed to. However, when it came time to pay, I was told the price was actually $35. Despite explaining that my therapist quoted me $25, the discrepancy in pricing was not resolved. Then earlier this week I called to schedule an appointment specifically for dermaplaning. When I asked where it was listed on their menu of services, they told me it was listed as "extra exfoliation," under 'add ons' which was priced at $35 on their website. I clarified that I just wanted the dermaplaning add-on, and they assured me that would be fine. However, today after my treatment, I was charged $85 because the extra exfoliation was added onto an express facial, even though I never requested one and was not told that I was getting one. read more

I recently had injections from Ann Webb herself,after i saved my money for 4 months to see her..She has in the past done a great job..I had great interactions with everyone there,until this week..So I am sad to make this review.. This time my face is badly bruised,like bleeding under my skin...I called them the next day to ask if there was something else I could do to prevent the darkening of the bruises...The person who answered the phone said "Yeah,that happens" and goes over the routine of ice and arnica .I had done everything they had suggested ..I ask her to let Ann know for future reference and she laughed at me..This didn't settle well with me since i had dropped a considerable amount of money with them just the day before.. Ive had injections there with Ann before and haven't had this extent of bruising ever! Why was this time different? I looked back at my experience and felt like a real Dummy...I was rushed out the back door after I paid in the injection room.I had to go back in the front door to pay for a brow tint service I had had previous to the injections..My plan was to pick up skin care products while i was there,but again i felt they were rushing me out.It was 3:45 in the afternoon. I have been going to this clinic for a few months now. I see Caitlin Z. I got her recommended to me by a friend. I have ethnic skin and know that my skin is different and can scar easier than other skin tones. Because my other friend that has the same skin type recommended Caitlin Z to me - I knew I could trust her. So far I have been really happy seeing her. I do not see anyone else because I am picky. She is really nice and professional. I have been doing the basic facials. They did increase the price which was a bummer, but I will still go because I feel like its good for my skin and it is a great way for me to do something nice for myself! Even though I only see Caitlin Z, my husband has started going to this clinic as well. He sees anyone that is available when I see Caitlin. So far, he has been pretty happy with his experiences at the clinic. I would definitely recommend this clinic and Caitlin Z to my friends that have ethnic skin tones because so far we have enjoyed our experiences there. Also, one perk is that they have a student clinic where you can get services for cheaper. I'm not happy with a procedure I received at this establishment I went in for my chin. I have extra skin under my chin that drives me nuts. I was told they can tighten my skin with a procedure that stimulates collagen. Well after about 4 months my face appears puffy and bloated even after loosing weight. I realize that this is not what I needed and there is no skin tightening just puffiness. Plus the chin is the same if not worse. I also had a student get me in a chair and ready to inject me with Botox knowing I already had it and what she was going to do would have given me a horrible sinister look. (I've 10 years of experience receiving Botox so I know about this)... Lessons that need to be taught are NOT to do procedures on people if it isn't what they need and do a double take on the after results before you administration procedures!!!! Listen to your customers carefully. It's their face. You can make them look worse if your not careful. read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but I drove all 35 minutes for an appointment they told me would be in person and when I got there the person at the front desk told me it was virtual (in the email I got confirming the appointment, they also told me it would be a $35 cancellation fee if I didn't make there). When I called to make the appointment, I asked for an in person consultation and it's just supper disappointing and the people weren't in the slightest apologetic. They told me the nurse called me, but she called 10 minutes before my appointment when I was already at the office. The person at the front desk just told me to leave and wait for a call. Big fan! I've gone to this clinic several times and I think that getting an appointment is fairly quick and easy. They usually have availability and will try to get you in. Parking can be a little difficult - that's the only drawback. The staff are friendly and I feel that they take their time explaining what they are doing during the facial and what products they are using. read more

It doubled in price $45 to $85, and I was shocked when I checked out. I understand inflation but double the price is a big jump for customers that have been going every month for years.
