I inquired about the 1st wax free and was told by the receptionist and the esthetician that EWC never offers the 1st wax fee for Brazilians. I knew it was a lie because I know the owner of a EWC in another city far away, and I have friends that work at EWC's. Once I explained that I knew what they were saying was untrue the esthetician told me that the only reason places do that was because they need business. Well...that's what you should've said instead of telling a bold face lie on a whole company by saying EWC never gives free Brazilians . I told the lady that did my wax I'd never set foot in that establishment again, and it's a shame because it's in the perfect spot right next to Ulta and I'm frequently over there. This may sound ridiculous but they feel like an extended family, the office personal are so inviting and remember me and family everytime, same with any techs they have and ofcourse the doctor. I always feel so well taken care of and that there is a genuine quality here you can't find in many places if at all anymore. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

I told the front staff that I resented being treated like a criminal, especially after almost 30 years with them, I would never prepay, and I will NEVER be back. Shame on all of them. Take your business elsewhere.
