Normally, after a while, the area kind of goes numb for me, but this time I could feel every hair being removed the entire time, especially on the upper lip. Instead, I left with extremely short nails because she couldn't just listen. On top of that, I was told the wait for a walk-in would be 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. I don't mind waiting, but just be transparent about the wait time so customers know what to expect.
