Prices are scary. Times are tough so anything paying out of a savings is high but quality equipment. Knowledgeable. When retaining services it takes about a week for installation. I also explained that I worked and see clients in my office and would have to block off time for the cleaning process. She indicated that if a deep cleaning is required, it will take approximately 4 hours, and their service tech would be able to determine arrival. I blocked off my calendar accordingly. When the tech arrived, he stated he was here to clean the HVAC, which would be about 2 hours. I asked about what if you need to do a deep cleaning for mold. He said that a deep cleaning would need to be scheduled separately as he was told this was only a standard cleaning and would not have time to perform a deep cleaning. I was confused and explained that the woman stated he would do deep if I needed to. He said that if a deep cleaning were required, it would need to be scheduled. I asked if there was an additional fee for them to come back, and he stated yes but was unaware of the charge. When I received my invoice, the labor breakdown charge for 135.00 and a separate charge for 20.00 plus tax for coil cleaner for 156.20, I contacted the office to pay but questioned why I was being charged for the coil cleaner that should be included in the service. The agent said that it was not. If I paid 20.00 for the cleaner, why do I not have the contents of the remaining cleaner? She scoffed at me. I also explained that coil cleaner at Home Depot is less expensive. She said I am sure it is, but we use our product, and this is a business, and as a business, there is a markup. I told her that she would lose my patronage based on her attitude and disregard for customers. She said, look, if we are going to lose you over 20.00, I don't know what to say--are you going to pay your bill with a credit card or not. I told her that she would not lose me over 20.00 but what appears to be a questionable charge and poor customer service. The woman was rude and not concerned other than collecting payment. I told her to send the invoice to collections, at which point she hung up the phone. I later called back to speak to an owner or manager to discuss my experience and to pay with my credit card---I was sent to voice mail. I left a message requesting that a supervisor or owner contact me. Certainly not impressed. It is hard to believe they have been in business for over 13 years if customers are treated poorly for inquiring.
