I also explained that I worked and see clients in my office and would have to block off time for the cleaning process. She indicated that if a deep cleaning is required, it will take approximately 4 hours, and their service tech would be able to determine arrival. I blocked off my calendar accordingly. When the tech arrived, he stated he was here to clean the HVAC, which would be about 2 hours. I asked about what if you need to do a deep cleaning for mold. He said that a deep cleaning would need to be scheduled separately as he was told this was only a standard cleaning and would not have time to perform a deep cleaning. I was confused and explained that the woman stated he would do deep if I needed to. He said that if a deep cleaning were required, it would need to be scheduled. I asked if there was an additional fee for them to come back, and he stated yes but was unaware of the charge. When I received my invoice, the labor breakdown charge for 135.00 and a separate charge for 20.00 plus tax for coil cleaner for 156.20, I contacted the office to pay but questioned why I was being charged for the coil cleaner that should be included in the service. The agent said that it was not. If I paid 20.00 for the cleaner, why do I not have the contents of the remaining cleaner? She scoffed at me. I also explained that coil cleaner at Home Depot is less expensive. She said I am sure it is, but we use our product, and this is a business, and as a business, there is a markup. I told her that she would lose my patronage based on her attitude and disregard for customers. She said, look, if we are going to lose you over 20.00, I don't know what to say--are you going to pay your bill with a credit card or not. I told her that she would not lose me over 20.00 but what appears to be a questionable charge and poor customer service. The woman was rude and not concerned other than collecting payment. I told her to send the invoice to collections, at which point she hung up the phone. I later called back to speak to an owner or manager to discuss my experience and to pay with my credit card---I was sent to voice mail. I left a message requesting that a supervisor or owner contact me. Certainly not impressed. It is hard to believe they have been in business for over 13 years if customers are treated poorly for inquiring.

What he said above is factually incorrect. DO NOT utilize this company. My boiler was so messed up I had to hire a plumber to fix what his employees screwed up. There was nothing wrong with my unit until PICA HVAC touched it. I asked Alex, tech, why don't you change the ignighter! He said it didn't need it. Weil MClain has a different opinion. 5 times I had Pica out to my home. If it was done right the first time it wouldn't have taken 4 more times. And it still wasn't right. Your employees aren't trained properly. And the owner has no business owning a business.

After 40 years, our furnace, more or less, melted because a part went bad and drained the system of…read morewater. We called a knowledgeable neighbor and he recommended National. We will be forever grateful to him for pointing them to us. Long story short, in 9 degree weather, outside and in, they worked all day New Year's Eve and part of the day after New Year's and got the job done. They would have finished on New Year's Eve, but they found the reason for the drained water and replaced a large section of pipe. The brand-new furnace is a thing of beauty. They even hooked up a fire and carbon monoxide sensor near the furnace as a safety precaution. Another extra they did was move a lot of junk out of the way to get the furnace in place and the old one out. You know how basements can get. My wife and I are both disabled, and we never would have been able to do it ourselves. As for cost, our home-owner's insurance paid for everything, and they didn't think the cost was excessive. I honestly don't know furnace and service prices, so I'd have to go along with what the insurance company said. Needless to say, I highly recommend these guys.

Which it wasn't. we called you back within 24 hours of him leaving. never received a call back from you. We went without hot water for over a week. Nothing in your response was true. Your company is incompetent and unethical. We had no other choice but to stop payment. You owe us $35 for stop payment. We hired someone else who fixed problem, which was completely different than what your assessment was at a fraction of what you were chargin.
