The most stressful issue by far was our well. After having four different companies come out (two of whom ghosted us, one who charged us $1,400 to replace a pump that didn't fix the problem, and another who said we'd need an entirely new well), we were overwhelmed and discouraged - not to mention nervous about the potential cost.
