I am actually impressed, first time being here and their competitor is most likely Heat nightclub in Wilkes-Barre. Heat tends to have only Dance/ EDM music. This is a bar and club had variety 70's through now, mostly 00's. Cover was $4 but can increase. The drinks were a tad more money but it's worth it. The people here are nicer then Heat in my opinion. But honestly, catty people can go anywhere. This one has a great deal of diversity and a older crowd roughly around 10:30pm and younger crowd. Some music choices were literally garbage but it's fine.

Outside entrance!

Love to meet here with friends. Three bars...main bar with pool table andcsrtvrs food. Piano bar upstairs. And video dance bar in back for a nominal cover! Now smoke free throughout entire bar!

Was looking for dinner after a day at Steamtown. This place was what I was near, and BBQ sounded…read moregood. I did not come to drink any Ale tho, so I can't comment on that aspect. We waited at the front a couple of minutes which was okay considering they seemed busy, but then some party entered and were attended to right away. We basically just followed that party because I overheard the there wwer only tables in the outdoor patio. We were able to establish contact with wait staff out there and so it began. Staff was friendly but service was slow. We were waited on by about 4 different persons, which was a little confusing, but if that what it takes to get served, then fine. Again, I am guessing they were understaffed. We ordered some BBQ ribs which were quite good but the half rack was small IMO. They have nothing on Kansas City, but it was still pretty good. They appear to BBQ their meats on the premises. Ambiance was okay, fine for BBQ and beer. If I lived in Scranton, maybe this place would be on the list of options, IDK.

Don't come here on Wing Night Wednesday…read more. We made the mistake of coming here on wing night. We got our appetizer, chips and dip. Chips were homemade and burnt... 3/10. Dip was fine, probably out of a packet. Little did we know those burnt chips would be the only thing we would be eating for an hour with little to no refills. Seemed to be forgotten about with us being inside and I guess everyone else in the back. After an hour, our food came out. I got the brisket tacos, they were good. 8/10. My table got a chicken cheesesteak and ask for no mushrooms and ofc it came out with mushrooms... We had to get the wings, the wings were good! An hour wait good? No. 7/10. It took a weird amount of time for our last entree to come out and it was just like chicken tenders on a bun, no love. Oh and the pulled pork sandwich was more like slop. Our waitress's excuse was that they had a new chef. Sooooo I guess they decided to start training this chef during service. Food - 8/10 Service - 5/10 Atmosphere - 7/10 Overall - 6/10

I am SO THANKFUL this place exists!!! I love grabbing a drink, hitting the dance floor, and…read morewatching the incredible Drag Queens put on amazing performances. More than anything, I love seeing the variety of people that come here. It feels like home seeing people dance the night away smiling, laughing and being themselves. Since it has switched to new management, there have been a lot of positive changes with the promise of more to come. As soon as you walk in the good-looking security guard named Jay always makes people feel welcomed and safe. The female bartender that no matter how packed it is she is always so on point (Janira is the best). This place has my full support for a lot of reasons but knowing how much history this LGBTQ+ bar/nightclub holds, it makes me love it even more. I'm ecstatic to know those wanting a safe place to "come out/be out" have that in Vogue. With a little TLC and a lot of community support, it will thrive. We are all flawed yet deserve to be loved and cared for and celebrated. The same goes for this place. Don't let previous negative reviews deter you from checking it out and missing out on all the beautiful queerness!! Plus, there are new events every weekend so there's something for everyone to enjoy! Let's dance! ‍

I'm from Western New York and visited Allentown for a music event. Yelp said this bar was open…read moreThursday night, so I took a $15 Uber. The door was unlocked, lights on, bar fully stocked--and not a single soul in sight. No staff. No patrons. Just me wandering around like I'd broken into a liquor museum. I called out, upstairs and down--nothing. I even called the number listed on Yelp to let someone know their place was wide open. No response. No thanks. No clue. Saturday night, I gave them a second chance--another $15 Uber. $20 cover for a RuPaul's Drag Race performer--cool, I'm here for it. I headed upstairs to the quiet section, grabbed a $12 vodka soda with pineapple, had a chill convo with the bartender and a patron, and ordered a second drink. At 1:45 a.m., I asked if I could step out for a cigarette and come back to finish my drink. Bartender said, "Sure." I came back at 2:01--and the place was locked up like Fort Knox. My $12 drink still sitting on the bar. No reentry. No explanation. Just shrugged off and shut out. Then came the $25 Uber back to the hotel. Total spent? Over $65. Total value? Somewhere between zero and a slap in the face. This place doesn't need patrons--it needs management. I didn't get a drink, I got a reminder: just because a bar has a door doesn't mean it's worth walking through.
