The second clue should have been the fact that the restaurant didn't even smell like food when I entered. I mean, don't restaurants normally smell like the food they are cooking? You would think that, unless of course they are opening a can of this and a can of that and throwing it in the microwave. The food was unpalatable. I'm not exaggerating. Oh sure, it was hot, but then again, so is poo when it comes out of the wagging end of a dog. Everything - EVERYTHING, from the rice and refried beans, to the Carne Asada burrito was completely flavorless. I have no idea how that happens. How does that happen? I mean, Taco Bell is disgusting, but at least it has flavor. Well, I tried to remedy the situation by using Tabasco sauce, in the end, I took three bites, gave up, and asked for my check. I gave them one star because the service was great. They were attentive and kind and the food was awful. I am hoping the owners will read this review and take drastic steps to improve the quality of their food. You should never leave a Mexican restaurant and think to yourself, "Gee, I wonder if there's a Taco Bell near by, I am still really hungry."
