Menu with wide selection. Breakfast anytime they're open - 5:30 AM until about 3 PM. Finally was able to "settle" on Garbage Omelet (with everything; a way of choosing without choosing.) Asked for white toast. Got Texas Toast, with one side perfectly crispy and other side less crisp - perfect from my point of view. (see photo.) Hash browns were nicely done, though not as perfectly to my taste - I like more of a crust. Garbage Omelet was VERY tasty and nicely balanced. Peppers and onions slightly crunchy, pepperonci added piquacy without being overbearing. Quantity of food was staggering. This place is family owned and operated, not that big commercial place next door. Feels like your at grandmas house eating in the backyard covered patio. Service was very fast... maybe because it was towards the end of day. Sat down ordered soda and a burger. Came out pretty fast. Serving is a good size, another patty, and I would have had food coma. What a hidden little gem! We lucked upon this place for breakfast. The French toast was chef's kiss! Homemade bread and a delicious batter on the outside. I also ordered scrambled eggs(which can be overcooked and dry) but not these! Creamy and so delicious! We will be back! read more

Great little hole in the wall local joint that serves up big portions. I had the ham steak that was as big as my plate. The highlight (besides the friendly and welcoming service) was the toast! The owner makes all of the bread here homemade and the toast --chef's kiss!!! It's served buttered with strawberry freezer jam (also presumably homemade). You can buy a loaf of bread to take with you, which we did, and the owner very nicely gave us an extra free loaf of lavender bread to try, as well. What a very pleasant surprise to have stumbled across such nice, friendly people in the middle of literally nowhere. read more

In a small town, where is the best place for breakfast? When the older male population meets up most mornings! That is what we found at the The Kings Cafe, along with great food and very nice people. This place opens at 6 each morning for the up and going crowd, except on Mondays. The french toast is made with in-house fresh made wheat bread and a cinnamon egg batter. They price the FT by the segments - one piece of bread = two segments. I ate three segments as my breakfast. DH had the Classic Senior Pancake breakfast. The place was bright and clean. The building has been here for a while, but there are signs of upgrades on the interior. Most of the menu options are made with fresh ingredients that are prepared on site. I found parking to be a bit of a challenge. Nothing was marked. read more

Food is excellent with large servings. There is not a lot of seating so try during more slack hours.

Such good breakfast. Always yummy & satisfying. Don't miss the scone, big enough for 4-8 people! Same for the Texas nachos, even the 1/2 size would feed 4 people. Lol The portions are enormous but the food is so good, we always take it to go read more

The food i had bought for 11 dollars came with a lot for the price and the pancakes are very big

The food is always good here. Hearty portions and the food tastes amazing. I have eat there many times and I'm never disappointed.
