(Note: as a former worker in hospitality I would NEVER expect a comp, unless it's courtesy.) So then, I got the bill, and HEY! the sandwich I didn't eat was still charged, at nearly 20$. Come ON. I've read how this is a family business, and know that you've taken on a LOT. But my experience today was a disappointing shambles.
