Very good experience, it's a pleasant surprise to have one of theses so close to home. The shop is tucked away in a older building but don't hesitate to pull or push on that door handle. They offer a friendly and courteous vibe. The girl that helped me was very nice and provided me with as much help as I could ever need. Prices seemed on track until I looked around after just to double check. They came in a bit higher than some but not by much. I will watch what I buy for now and decide if it's worth the trouble of going somewhere else vs the great customer experience I received. Ever since Mohammed (the owner) passed away , this place has gone down hill. The wife took over the business and has inflated prices way too much. I will not be coming back to this place. Ever. The Medusa Disposable thc cbd cartridge used to be $29. As Soon as Mohammed died, the price went up to $35 then within a month $40 and not even a month later $49 for a fucking cartridge. This shop is pretty great, tbh... It's so hard to find good E-cigarette shops in this area, and they carry a wide variety of things. They have pretty much anything you could need or want, smoking related. And I absolutely love the friendly attitudes of all their sales people. They treat you like family, even if it's your first time there. At the same time, they are very professional about what they do. Their shop has recently moved and expanded and it's no wonder they are doing so well. Had a few very slight problems with products, but not nearly as much as other smoke shops I have gone to. And when I brought it in and told them about it, they exchanged and replaced it, free of charge. Now I think that is a very honorable way to do business and have much respect for them for that reason. They run a respectable business in an area that doesn't have a lot of those. And their prices compare to other places as well. Most things there are very reasonable and cost less when compared to other smoke shops. They also have quality products, despite the low prices. So that's also great. If you're looking for a bargain on smoking products, this is the place to find it. Now on to the reason why I am giving this place 4 stars instead of 5... I'd really love to be able to give them 5, but they fell short in one important area. The only complaint that I have is that it's not a good idea to go here very early or very late, as they do not have their hours posted anywhere on the building or in the windows. Sorry, but I have to be honest with my review. I was there around 8:30am one morning and I had no idea what time they were going to be open. If I had known it was 9:00am then I would have waited. And when I called their phone number, there was no answer and no recording either. I was really hoping they'd at least have a recording stating their hours, as most businesses do. So that was very disappointing. Stay open whatever hours you want, but please at least have -some way- to let your customers know. I asked some people in the area if they knew what time, but no one knew. So I had to leave and go to a different shop in a nearby town. Which I dislike going to because their products suck and they charge way more. They're losing business over this. read more

I've driven past this little treasure every day for a few years, day off and decided to check it out, what a little treat! Haven't been in one in years, there's shit in there I've never seen and Shannon was nothing but happy to answer any question I had or to show me merchandise. They have a lots to choose from, but its not overwhelming, and a decent variety from Vape to Hookah, Hemp and 'For tobacco use only (except in Colorado)' products. Nice support accessories too. For a little place, they do it well. Couple of things on my list now... Oh and to the guy above about the prices, this is good quality stuff, did you actually take a good look at the glassware for example? Bet you buy your papers at the Walmart gas station... Stay away from this business! I spent $50 on and I stick power nano e-cigarette. The young lady that help me that day was very nice. But the next day after having issues with this product because the nicotine liquid was coming out as I drew through the e-cigarette and making me sick. She tried to put a new coil and it still same thing. So the next day I came back with my receipt and the brand-new package to return or exchange this inferior product. That time I was told they do not take returns even with a receipt. Period.I asked them to have the manager call me and which they did not for three days. So I went back bye I spoke to some gentleman apparently the owner Who continue to say that there was nothing wrong with this product and refused to cooperate or try to satisfy me as a customer. In my opinion he has a money grabber and very unprofessional.all I can say stay away from this business. Period read more
