Completely lazy and rushed. I had to have a friend go through and fix it yesterday and she kept finding all these mistakes all over my head. I can't believe the stylist here sent me out of the salon like that. I couldn't even ask for a discount on the service because the manager left 2 hours before my hair was done and I was all alone with 2 stylists that clearly just graduated from beauty school and were just winging it. I had no idea this was going to happen and I was told I was in good hands only to be overcharged for a terrible job that was worth $50. The friend that fixed my hair after this salon is a teacher at a beauty school and she was appalled at the way they did the work. Do not go to this salon, they do not know what they are doing and will overcharge you. I've paid $300 for a full foil, a Brazilian blowout, and a haircut from a much higher end salon so the price here was definitely not worth it for a FULL FOIL that ended up not being a full foil. It feels like the stylist here only put 10 foils in my head. All the pictures I'm posting are the mistakes my friend found throughout the hair (there were more but she got tired of taking pictures of all the mistakes because there were so many), to the result of what it's supposed to look like once my friend was done. I'm also adding a picture of my hair a year ago when it was done to how my hair looked three weeks after getting it done here.

Not only was she willing to answer any questions or concerns I had about the color (as I hadn't colored it in ages), but offered suggestions on what she thinks would look best for my hair type. For instance, I had a couple photos on Instagram saved of the types of balayage I wanted, but most were too dark at the root or way too platinum blonde at the tips. At her suggestion, I opted instead for a nice, subtle, warm blonde balayage to complement my already dirty blonde/ash blonde base. It came out perfect and the lighter shade blends seamlessly with my root, for a nice, even flow that will be super low maintenance when it grows out (a must for me). Plus, the products she used made the locks nice and soft, and my fresh long layers give my hair a nice bounce it desperately needed. Would definitely return and I highly recommend!

She than continued to huff and puff and kept saying... You know I don't want there to be any surprises.. With the cost! I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! I asked for a more complex design but told her if she couldn't do it that was fine. She then began trying to change too many elements so I asked if I could just do all French. She said of course no problem. However not a single one of them has a clean line. It's extremely noticeable because I chose a dark color. On top of that, I asked several times for her to straighten the edges of my nails with the file, as I like a really sharp square. She kept rounding out the corners and got frustrated I wasn't happy. Overall, the salon looked and felt really luxe, but the outcome of my nails is mediocre and I now have to fix them at home because I'm disappointed. I still tipped her for her time, but not for the quality. Won't be returning.
