The massage was good but pretty much what you'd expect from any decent masseuse. Nothing outstanding, but fine. When we tried to make a subsequent appointment, they were booked but would call when something became available or they opened up later time periods. They never called. When we found the certificate when cleaning later and tried to redeem the remaining massages, we were told it had expired and was no longer valid. That's incredibly poor customer service and a total rip off (only 1 of 3 massages was redeemed due to their lack of availability). I'll admit that we should have followed up again, but life happened to us too, not to mention Hurricane Helene devastating this area and caring for my father as he fought and then died of cancer. While I desperately needed a massage, it wasn't on my mental to do list to follow up with them when we were told that we were on a list to be notified. Keeping in mind that this service was something that does not expire, nor would it take away from her ability to provide services to other clients as the three sessions had already been paid for in advance. However, I expected a certain amount of understanding and honoring the certificate and the money already spent, but nope, just an insincere apology and no option to redeem even one of the remaining massages. It felt like a slap in the face the call and request a massage to help me to release stress after burying my dad and to get no sympathy or understanding. I hope if the owner ever faces a family challenge like we did that she finds others are just as (un)compassionate as she was. I will never use them again and I would strongly advise you to use of the other options in the area if you're looking for a gift certificate for a gift for others or yourself. I certainly would not want my money stolen from me in the form of a service, which was done to us.

I did have specific request for a therapist as I have been here many times prior and enjoyed being treated by Tracy. When I made my appointment, I had them look at my prior history to verify that she was still available and that I would be treated by her. Brie didn't have a specific request as far as a male or female therapist. Tim had requested a female therapist. On June 18th at precisely noon, Brie was taken directly to her appointment. My other friend and I waited another 15 minutes before somebody came out to take Tim back. It was Tracy...the therapist that I had requested. This left me with the male therapist, which I refuse to use after a very bad experience at a different spa. At this point, Brie was 15 minutes into her appointment, so there was not a way to change therapists, and the best way that I could see to resolve the situation was to give up my therapy session so that my friends could still enjoy their day. A manager came out, apologized to me and and explained that the system had changed so that there was no way to specifically request a certain therapist anymore. This confused me, as I literally just made my appointment a week ago and had there been a change to the system. I would've expected a phone call, explaining that our requests could no longer be met. I also explained that had we all been taken in on time, this issue could've been resolved, by arranging everyone as was originally agreed on with my first phone call when making the appointment. However, because two of our therapists were running 15 minutes behind this was not possible. It took a further 20 minutes for Tim to start his massage. I was told "Thank you for understanding" with no compensation offered. The therapist that I had specifically requested was completely booked for the day, and the point of this particular booking was for us to go in as a group so that we can enjoy our day. In short, I am very disappointed Chetola's lack of communication, service, and lack of compensation for my disappointing day.
