It was lovely and that polish lasted almost a month and I was hard on my nails as we were camping This was not a one off experience the multiple people I recommended them to have also had similar experiences. So if you are local support them. If you are here on vacation. You can go in with confidence that they will take good care of you and you love what they do for you. I was a walk-in customer at Hollywood Nail Spa, and while they took me back right away, that was the only positive part of the experience. The man who did my pedicure could barely understand me, which made communication frustrating from the start. More importantly, he did a terrible job. Later that night, after the lotion wore off, I realized my feet still had noticeable dead skin and hard, rough patches all over them. It honestly looked like little to no real exfoliation was done. I paid $67 plus a $10 tip for what was easily the worst pedicure I've ever had. To make matters worse, we were visiting from out of town, so I didn't have the option of going back to have it fixed. If you're not a local, you're taking a risk because there's no easy way to address poor service after the fact. I do not recommend Hollywood Nail Spa, especially if you're not from the area. read more

I was a little leery going to a new salon while on vacation but I needed a fill and pedicure since I have to jump right back to work when I get home. They did a great job and were really careful with my nails. A gentleman did my pedi and another woman did my fill. Everything was clean and the massage chairs were comfy. Pedi massage was good. I had breakage due to moving and needed a dip manicure. Came in at 5:30 with no appointment to check the place out and was able to get it done in 1.75 hrs. Vee did a lovely job, as nice as I am accustomed to coming from CA. The price was very reasonable ($50). read more

while waiting for our hotel to check in, my husband and I decided to go to a nail salon. we walked in, they were very pleasant. I wanted a menicure and a pedicure. My husband wanted a Foot massage. the lady who took care of me finished my pedicure in about 10 mn. An ok job. My husband was left sitting in a chair with His feet soaking in water for 30 mn before someone came to help him. then, a guy started My manicure, he didn't clean the cuticles Like he should. He didn't shape the nails either as I had requested. Then as he started applying the gel manicure, I noticed the awful job he was doing. There was a gap between the nails and the color. When I told him, his answer was it is your nails. I literally smiled. I have been doing my nails for years and I know how a Gel manicure should look like A lady came to correct the situation and although she was nice, she didn't do a good job either. I didn't want to say anything at that point. We had spent too much time there. Just a note. When I walked in , I was told that the classic Pedicure was 30 dollars. She charged my husband 35 dollars. Went to get a pedicure and SNS nails. Sat in the pedicure chair for 37 minutes before they even turned on the water. 45 minutes before my pedicure started. 3 times I had to say "ouch" due to the pain caused by the nail tech. I went for a basic French tip manicure for prom. They had a very hard time understand what I wanted. Once seated with one of the younger women, she soaked one hand, but not the other. She also murdered my Cuticles. On top of that non of her nail polish remover cotton pads where clean. It was unprofessional and done messy. Not worth the prices. Worst nail salon ever....don't go there for you health and beauty. They do not honor appointments made in advance, they are only interested in getting customers in and out. Supplies are limited, polishes are so thick the "bubble" up on the nails. They talk rudely about customers to each other not realizing some of us do speak Vietnamese! The bathroom could not pass a health inspection, none of nail tools are sanitized ...curious why they have not been closed down!
