While my friends hit the slopes, I treated myself to some serious self-care--and Happy Nail Spa absolutely delivered. True spas in the area were booked months out, but I was able to snag a facial and deluxe pedicure here, and I'm so glad I did. From the outside, it looks like a typical nail salon, so I was a little hesitant about the facial--but WOW, I was pleasantly surprised. My facial lasted a full hour, and Hannah was incredible. The facial massage alone could've put me to sleep, and the attention to detail left my skin glowing and me fully relaxed. I was ready for a nap afterward in the best way. The deluxe pedicure was just as amazing. After a day of skiing, asking for some extra leg massage attention sounded tempting--but I didn't even need to ask. Between the herbal soak, sugar scrub, mud mask with hot towels, paraffin wax, volcanic hot stones, and multiple leg and foot massages throughout it all, I felt like royalty! Three different staff members helped throughout the service and every single one was kind, attentive, and skilled. My legs and feet have never felt better. Friendly staff, great service, and way more spa-like than expected. I'd absolutely come back the next time I'm in the mountains.

He should have not charged me full 45$ because the services were not fully delivered. Poor customer service and considerations. Disappointed how the charges did not match what he actually did. Probably will not return. Sorry but very true. My husband was charged 35$. Fair for the extra treatments he got from older lady. I thought I would be treated same since my care was like his. Later that night, after the lotion wore off, I realized my feet still had noticeable dead skin and hard, rough patches all over them. It honestly looked like little to no real exfoliation was done. I paid $67 plus a $10 tip for what was easily the worst pedicure I've ever had. To make matters worse, we were visiting from out of town, so I didn't have the option of going back to have it fixed. If you're not a local, you're taking a risk because there's no easy way to address poor service after the fact. I do not recommend Hollywood Nail Spa, especially if you're not from the area.
