Dan is from Ireland, a country well known for builders and craftsmen who have spent years honing professional skills for home projects that require attention to details, attractive and unique construction and appearance, while creating and building projects able to withstand weather and lasting for significant periods of time. Project #1: Limited indoor storage in our new Mid Town home. After discussing design options and home much space we would need (plus some), he built hanging shelves in our garage that were high enough off the floor for my wife and me to walk under them, yet sturdy enough for me to hang from them without any wood creaks due to weight stress. Project #2: Screening in a back porch. Dan found a new custom aluminum company in N. Charleston who could create the exact components to his spec. The porch Dan designed and built optimized both visibility and air flow while being sturdy enough to withstand the occasional high winds and strong rains we get in this area.
