The counter personnel are super nice, though. After a couple of years, a new spa cover was ordered (the old one had the seams come apart) which took 6 weeks to arrive and be installed. No exact date of arrival could be found by everyone who answered their phones. The top arrives and is installed (the bars weren't tightened and the top is loose but we have tools). It's much lighter than the previous and, having it for just a little over a week (still working around our schedules to get it cleaned out, purged and ready for use), already a small hole on the underside facing the water has been found and stains that we can only assume are from either recent rains or birds on the top. We'll have to patch the hole (it's super small but this is another reason we had to order a new one). There doesn't appear to be any quality control once the top is ordered as, when it arrived, it was still in the manufacturer's box. For $850+, next time a new cover is needed, we'll look elsewhere. (Going to work so I'll add photos later)

Recently had new granite counter tops installed to replaced older granite counter tops. I received…read morea call early one morning advising granite would be installed that morning. I had not received advance schedule or notice and had not had plumbing disconnected. Installer asked if this was new construction and when I advised I was replacing current granite, he said that was not on his work order. Then he asked if I was removing granite? I told him I was not and I would them to remove. Then he said he would need to contact the office. Office later called and said they would need to charge me additional amount to remove granite. I had made no secret to the salesperson that I currently had granite and was replacing it. No mention was ever made there was an additional charge outside of what I was quoted. So I reluctantly agreed to the additional charge. After granite was installed following day, the installers did not caulk the demarcation line from the granite counter tops and the backsplash. When I asked the installer, he said it was not his job. So I had to hire someone to caulk the line around the granite. Seems like that would have been part of the job..... I felt customer service was lacking and once paid, you are on your own. In addition, no one ever called to ask if I was happy with the installation and product nor if I had any questions. I expected more and was sadly disappointed.
