I have an online thrift store. I spend a lot of money at thrift stores for my inventory. While shopping today, Wednesday 8-30-2023, I wanted to look at some dollhouse furniture. At the same time, a volunteer wanted to get into that very small corner. No excuse me, just a loud sigh & dirty look!! The ladies checking out were so busy gossiping about another volunteer that they could not say hello or thank you or even acknowledge I was there!! Great display of your Christian values!! I've removed this story from my list when I'm in the Appleton area.

TERRIBLE Customer service. Waited for over 10 minutes in line when only one customer was in front…read moreof me and cashier simply left them when payment method wasn't working only to return to thes say they could get a manager to help but didn't call for one leaving the customer to struggle to find another payment method. Then I go to checkout only to be told the pot and lid set seemed priced too low and they were going to have to charge me 4 times the marked price. I explained it had damage which is why it was clearly marked at a discount but the cashier was not interested in doing a price check and I stated the other pans in the set were the same price and was given no response I then said I didn't want it and proceeded to pay for my other item only to be almost charged for the pot which was by then no where by my pile. As soon as I paid the cashier left and turned their bag without offering a bag or receipt. This caused me to have to call out to then for a bag and receipt. They turned around clearly annoyed and on their phone and went to the other register for a bag. I was made to feel that I was doing something wrong for simply trying to shop and questioning why I would be charged more than an item is priced. I have had unpleasant experiences the last few times I've tried to stop and unfortunately do not plan on shopping here anytime in the near future.
