The instructors Mr Baker, Mr. Alexander, and Ms Miller are very good and will help you out and get you through your sessions when it gets a bit tough for you. Might be a bit pricey for some but I would definitely recommend these instructors to anyone. You will definitely feel the workouts.

Once in high school I couldn't keep up with faster runners and better ball handlers. Track lasted for a while, but that too fell by the way side. I QUICKLY began to struggle with my weight. I blew up to 265 lbs my sophomore year at college, compared to 215 in my senior year in high school. There were times where I had dipped back down, but it took me forever to get there, it never lasted, and it usually happened after I dieted poorly. The gym never seemed to help. I'd go there for hours each week and struggle to lose one pound. In January of 2013 being 245 lbs, I went for an introductory class at Tiger Schulmann's in Cherry Hill. The family that informed there was amazing. It made me feel at home and very comfortable. In two years, at my lowest weight, I lost 40lbs and was the lowest weight I had been since the day my wife and I had met in 2002. I have to admit life lately has thrown me a couple curve balls and I haven't been able to get in and my weight has gone up. My Tiger Schulmann family has repeatedly reached out to get me back in though (and I'm not talking about the people collecting the money, I'm talking about others who attend the school!) I highly recommend TSMMA in Cherry Hill, you won't regret it.

I remember doing rabbit hops at nighttime because we got caught whispering after hours, daily early morning sweats, blazing sun cardio drills. The sense of comraderie, team, unity, accomplishment: immeasurable. Even the food/mush tasted delicious, water was amazing, but even in those grueling moments when i hated to be there, i remember feeling this sense of 'this is a defining moment in my life.' Friendships felt truer, my muscles felt worked, my spirit felt good, i slept like a baby at night... Daddis gives me that same feeling; and at 35, that's not an easy feeling to recapture. It feels so good! The people here are great, not just coaches, but other gymgoers. No egos. Executives, moms, blue collar dads, we all share an urge to be fitter, stronger, empowered. I say these things, not to promote mmbrshp. In fact, I would prefer people not join. Smaller classes mean more focused, individual attention for me from elite athletes in their domain. I LOVE to get 1:1 or 1:2 coaching! Look, 2 yrs ago, i was 80lbs heavier than today. 2 yrs ago, I commited to healthier lifestyle and I lost 40lbs with diet and moderate exercize. But it wasn't until I ramped up my workouts that I got real (noticeable) results. I lost 50lbs in 6mos because I worked my butt off, sweated, and grinded it out. I feel good today. My entire life is richer. My quality time has a greater quality. Energy, mood, body, spirit. These are invaluable benefits. Yet, the other benefits are pretty great, too: empowerment, strength, fitness, stamina, agility, confidence... shall I continue? Be your best YOU! Sincerely, H-bomb (HF)
