I have been working with transaction coordinator (TC), Brooke Barlow for many years. She has helped me with my detached home, condo, manufactured home and land listing sales transactions. She has been so professional and pleasant to help my real estate business grow and feels more like family than an independent contractor. I can count on her using the most up to date California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) forms. Brooke and her manager also keep current on the latest laws which allow me to feel confident that I will have all the required Federal, State, County, and City statutory and customary forms in a transaciton so that I can focus on the marketing, sales and negotiation and not have to worry that I am missing any required paperwork. My favorite service she offers is when I send her a fully executed contract, I know she will review the terms and timelines and coallate and put a summary of the key dates along with a contact sheet so that we can quickly confirm with clients if there are any descrepancies in timelines and open an escrow with clarity. This is especially important when another agents TC may interpurt the timelines differently such as not counting a holiday or weekend. She is very responsive and I usually communicate via email during the day, however she is available to chat on the phone and does text as well when it is appropriate. Lastly, other than Brookes great personality and knowledge, I like that she gives the choice to me to use an online electronic signing service called Docusign along with an electronic disclosrue service called Glide where you do not have to print out paper to fill out the multiple choice questions. Depending on the client or situation, Brooke is great at providing me PDF documents as well when I want to print out and sit at the kitchen table and fill out with a pen as well and then scan in for her review.
