Owner Donna Miano hosted the Chamber, our Ambassadors and Government Dignitaries and gave us all a tour after our ribbon cutting. The upstairs is BREATHTAKING - ECLECTIC - did I say what a breathtaking view it has? The indoor/outdoor patio is amazing. The downstairs - all one level has a patio that is 100% oceanfront wonderous! My family and I have been customers here for over 7 years The only down side is that the grouchy old people have banned skateboarding (yet you can ride your nerdy Razer scooters, Vespas, and giant OIldsmo-buicks up and down the very same streets that double as sidewalks all day long. A little hypocritical? Seabluffe has its own gated guarded access point on the coast Hwy (the only way to get in/out of Seabluffe) and beach stair access to the quiet Grandview beach. Two pools, and a spa make warming up after surfing quite nice The pool is heated year round to 84 Degrees F (29 C) What makes this place extraordinary, is that along all of southern California's coast, this place is the only incredibly sparse and park-like housing development The 255 units are spread out over 50 acres of rolling green oceanfront Eden; peaceful and quiet beach living. The location is right on the Northern border of Encinitas/Leucadia with Carlsbad. Because all streets are cul-du-sacs with zero through traffic, it's a great place for dog-walking and kids. If you're trying to rent a place in Seabluffe - just keep in mind that there are many owners and different agents managing the approximately 100 units that are available for short & Long term holidays The main office does not participate or get involved in the rental process at all . Your best bet is to search VRBO or www.homeaway.co.uk Many places are only rented by owner, and several agents manage a their own handfuls of Seabluffe homes. Oh! Useful tip. Make sure to never confuse this amazing neighborhood (Leucadia Seabluffe Village) with much nosier, "Leucadia Village" which is down in a noisy hole, miles from the beach, next Interstate 5. If this were my beach resort, I would find a way to put in a Spa at the other pool, and maybe find a way to make a cool zip line and water-slide down into the ocean. That stupid office building and tennis pro shop they have ont he coast hwy is also a waste of real-estate; I would bull-doze it and put in some kind of groovy gastro-pub and tap house. oh well.

In terms of this being a resort, they really don't have any amenities for food. They have a small market near the front desk with snacks and a few drink drinks. I really think they need to add a restaurant because there's nothing within walking distance for eating. But since this is a timeshare the units have kitchens and the barbecue is available. However, since I'm here on my day pass, I don't have use of the kitchen and I don't feel like showing up with a bunch of stuff to barbecue. Anyway, there is plenty of seating at the adult pool, offering tables, chairs, and loungers. In the north west corner of the pool area is a semi private space with a table, an umbrella, and some loungers. It's a nice place to gather with friends. The pool here is always very clean. The temperature is good in the pool and in the Jacuzzi. I feel fortunate to be a part of this timeshare. The timeshare was purchased by Hilton so I think anybody can stay here if rooms are available.

Most recently I stayed a week ago and my experience has always been great. This hotel has always been no frills, low cost hotel for people like myself that travel places to go out and explore. If you are more of the type that enjoys the extra amenities this may not be you top choice but for me its perfect. Super close to the Encinitas train station (a couple blocks away; walkable) along across the street is a variety of stores, a supermarket, places to eat, and a gas station. It is only a few blocks away from downtown Encinitas where there is a huge abundance of restaurants, bars, coffee, and mom and pop shops. Also very close to the ocean. My customer service has always been great. I always call in ahead to verify my reservation and at times have arrive before check in and they are happy to set me up in a room early if there is one available. Most recently they have upgraded the rooms and done a whole face lift on all of them. A very nice touch. New beds, new paint, new TVs, new showers, new barn bathroom doors and hard wood floors Even before the face lift the room have always been clean, no bugs, and a very basic place to stay with no issues. They have a community pool that I have never checked out personally but it is there is you are interested. This location deserves more credit than it get here on yelp. Definitely a good value stay in my opinion!

We were given no warning, and were very disappointed that the pool--a widely advertised amenity--was unavailable. We had no notice until we arrived on the creepy, half-done property, despite booking directly through the Wyndham website. The staff was friendly but often appeared unprofessional, with some unshaven men and everyone in casual clothes. Our room itself was clean except for a marijuana cigarette in its purchase container that we discovered between a mattress and the headboard. The makeshift lobby was difficult to find. We had no housekeeping service for the three days we stayed. Breakfast was a store-bought muffin and coffee (but we knew that in advance so it's o.k., but we planned to have a real breakfast in the cafe on the property that was listed as an amenity on the Wyndham website but it was permanently closed without warning). I will not trust the Days Inn brand or the Wyndham brand again.

It had kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, small burner, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and cookware.we had dining table and chairs. Towels were provided too. The bed was very comfortable. The decor and the light blue color of the room gave a pleasant beachy vibes. The bathroom was very clean. They have small parking spots but street parking is available. They have comfortable chairs and chaise lounge outside with tables next to every room. They printed the instructions for room service and left it on the dining table, in case if the customers need certain service. Overall, we had great experience at Leucadia Beach Inn.We are planning to come back for sure.
