Computer Alley to the rescue…read more I bought a new machine online recently, and then I managed to break it within 90 seconds of taking it out of the box. So I called these guys. They did excellent work, fixing the problem which I had caused, and also a couple other issues with the machine. They were also helpful over the phone when I was confused about some aspects of the new system that I was not familiar with.
